Cooperation with Investigation. You agree to cooperate with us in the investigation of unusual transactions, poor quality transmissions, and resolution of customer claims, including by providing, upon request and without further cost, any originals or copies of items deposited through Mobile Deposit in your possession and your records relating to such items and transmissions.
Cooperation with Investigation. During the Employment Period and thereafter, Executive shall cooperate with the applicable Ladder Company in any internal investigation or administrative, regulatory, or judicial proceeding as reasonably requested by the Company (including, without limitation, Executive’s being available to the Company upon reasonable notice for interviews and factual investigations, appearing at the Company’s request to give testimony without requiring service of a subpoena or other legal process, volunteering to the Company all pertinent information, and turning over to the Company all relevant documents which are or may come into Executive’s possession, all at times and on schedules that are reasonably consistent with Executive’s other permitted activities and commitments if Executive is then employed by the Company) (any such cooperation requested by the Company, collectively, “Investigation Assistance”); provided that Executive’s receipt of any severance payments otherwise payable to Executive pursuant to the terms of this Agreement is not contingent on Executive providing such Investigation Assistance. Such Investigation Assistance will be (i) without additional compensation (if Executive is then employed by the Company) or (ii) for reasonable compensation along with reimbursement for all out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith (if Executive is not then employed by the Company), provided that after the expiration or termination of the Employment Period, Executive shall not be required to spend more than three (3) business days each calendar year (the “Cooperation Period”) providing Investigation Assistance. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing provisions of this Section 7 shall not apply to testimony or other cooperation that Executive is compelled to provide by third party subpoena, court order, or the request of any governmental authority.
Cooperation with Investigation. Resident agrees to cooperate fully with DCHD’s risk management staff and legal counsel in investigating any claim seeking damages by a third party that may be asserted against the Resident or against DCHD, based upon the conduct of the Resident, other DCHD employees, or the medical staff. In the event the Resident is served with any legal document or receives communication from an attorney regarding an incident arising out of conduct at DCHD, they must immediately report same to the DCHD General Counsel. Because a claim or litigation may be filed after the Resident completes his/her training program, the obligation to report receiving legal papers to the General Counsel, and cooperate in the investigation of any incident underlying a claim or litigation, survives the expiration of this Agreement.

You agree to cooperate with the Bank in the investigation of unusual transactions, poor quality transmission, and resolution of client claims, including by providing, upon request and without further cost, any originals or copies of checks deposited through the Deposit Service in your possession and your records relating to such checks, Mobile Deposits, and transmissions.
Cooperation with Investigation. You agree, in the event of any claim arising from your account to cooperate and assist both the Bank and any law enforcement authorities in connection with any investigation and prosecution of any suspected wrongdoer. You understand and agree that failure to cooperate may result, in the Bank (at its sole discretion) dishonoring any claim which you have made.
Cooperation with Investigation. The Supplier agrees to provide assistance and cooperation in any investigation related to potential violations of the Policy or the applicable anti- corruption laws and regulations, including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Cooperation with Investigation. Both parties agree to cooperate with the other party’s investigation of, and response to, any Breach directly related to PHI or the services performed by the parties under this Agreement, as well as, all costs incurred related to the investigation, notification, and services provided to affected individuals and other third parties as directly applicable. The investigating party shall determine (a) the content of any notice provided in connection with a Security Incident and/or Breach, regardless of whether the notice is to be sent to affected individuals, federal or state government agencies, or the media and (b) the service(s), if any, to be offered to affected individuals. The parties agree to take, at its own expense, measures reasonably necessary to mitigate any known harmful effect of a Security Breach resulting in default of their obligations under this Agreement as applicable to them.
Cooperation with Investigation. Contractor shall cooperate with Owner during any investigations hereunder. Such cooperation shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, timely providing the information and/or documentation requested by Owner, which may include certified payroll records on Form WH-347 as promulgated by the U.S. Department of Labor, as may be revised from time to time and in unlocked and unprotected Excel format; and copies of any and all Contract Documents between Contractor and any Subcontractors.
