Scheduled Power Offline cannot be updated once the Maintenance Outage or Major Overhaul is over.
Seller shall direct all Maintenance Outage and Major Overhaul notifications to Buyer’s web-based outage scheduling system or an e-mail address designated by Buyer (the “Web Scheduler”) and to the Generation Operations Center, whose URL and telephone number(s) can be found in Exhibit N.
