Coordinate Benefits. In coordination with Medicaid Eligibility provision of this Appendix, Provider agrees, as a condition precedent to billing United, to exhaust any entitlement to payment from applicable third party sources, such as member’s (i) primary insurance, or (ii) Medicare insurance, or (iii) workers’ compensation, or (iv) tortfeasors and insurers providing coverage to tortfeasors, so that any costs for services payable by United are cost avoided/recovered from any available third party payor.

  • Sponsorship Benefits 3.1 INREV agrees to grant the Sponsor the above chosen and described sponsorship benefits.

  • Medical Benefits The Company shall reimburse the Employee for the cost of the Employee's group health, vision and dental plan coverage in effect until the end of the Termination Period.
