Coordinating activities a roadmap A core element of establishing robust and long-term relationships with other relevant solid Earth research infrastructures, projects and initiatives is to identify areas of common interest and research as well as activities and challenges where there is a mutual benefit to be gained from a shared approach and pooling of knowledge and resources. These relationships can be achieved by setting up a series of stakeholder events that are used to connect with the relevant partners with the aim of establishing clear channels of communication on which to base future collaboration activities.
Coordinating activities. TTZ will supervise, monitor and evaluate the overall development of the project, assuring an organised and smooth working together of all project components, by: (i) determining, together with the administrative and regional managers and work package leaders, measures to assure that deliverables are duly completed, and milestones are achieved, and (ii) monitoring the overall performance of the participants.
Coordinating activities. The Municipality shall coordinate its activities on the project with those of any utility companies performing work within the project limits of the Project. When any or all of the Consultant, Contractor and a utility company is conducting activities within the project limits of the Project, the Municipality shall ensure that either or both of Consultant and the Contractor, as the case may be, shall liaise with any utility companies performing work within the project limits of the Project and jointly develop a health and safety system or process for the affected worksites. The health and safety system or process agreed to by the parties must be in writing. Any changes required to the health and safety system must be agreed to by all affected parties and must also be in writing. Documenting the written health and safety system or process, including any required changes shall be the responsibility of the Municipality. For the purposes of coordinating activities on highway/bridge construction within the project limits of the Project, the contact persons for the Contractor, Consultant and utility companies shall be identified at the pre-construction meeting for the Project. The responsibility to initiate "contact" for coordinating activities shall reside with the party entering a project or site on which work has commenced. This responsibility to initiate contact shall apply regardless of whether or not the worksites are separated by time and/or space, are in the same general vicinity or are adjacent.

  • Marketing Activities The Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in marketing activities for any Hydrocarbons or enter into any contracts related thereto other than (i) contracts for the sale of Hydrocarbons scheduled or reasonably estimated to be produced from their proved Oil and Gas Properties during the period of such contract, (ii) contracts for the sale of Hydrocarbons scheduled or reasonably estimated to be produced from proved Oil and Gas Properties of third parties during the period of such contract associated with the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries that the Borrower or one of its Subsidiaries has the right to market pursuant to joint operating agreements, unitization agreements or other similar contracts that are usual and customary in the oil and gas business and (iii) other contracts for the purchase and/or sale of Hydrocarbons of third parties (A) which have generally offsetting provisions (i.e. corresponding pricing mechanics, delivery dates and points and volumes) such that no “position” is taken and (B) for which appropriate credit support has been taken to alleviate the material credit risks of the counterparty thereto.

  • Monitoring Activities The Cheyenne MPO shall have the right to monitor all activities related to this Agreement that are performed by the Consultant or its subconsultants. This shall include, but not be limited to, the right to make site inspections at any time and with reasonable notice; to bring experts and consultants on site to examine or evaluate completed work or work in progress; to examine the books, ledgers, documents, papers, and records pertinent to this Agreement; and to observe personnel in every phase of performance of the related work.

  • Activities Except with the prior written consent of the Board, Executive will not during his employment with the Company undertake or engage in any other employment, occupation or business enterprise, other than ones in which Executive is a passive investor. Executive may engage in civic and not-for-profit activities so long as such activities do not materially interfere with the performance of his duties hereunder.

  • NO MARKETING ACTIVITIES Performing Agency is prohibited from using the Work for any Performing Agency or third- party marketing, advertising, or promotional activities, without the prior written consent of System Agency. The foregoing prohibition includes, without limitation, the placement of banners, pop-up ads, or other advertisements promoting Performing Agency’s or a third party’s products, services, workshops, trainings, or other commercial offerings on any website portal or internet-based service or software application hosted or managed by Performing Agency as part of the Work.

  • Program Activities Grantee must use the Grant Funds as set forth in Exhibit A (the “Program”).

  • Outside Activities Subject to the Articles of Incorporation and any agreements entered into by the General Partner or its Affiliates with the Partnership or a Subsidiary, any officer, director, employee, agent, trustee, Affiliate or stockholder of the General Partner shall be entitled to and may have business interests and engage in business activities in addition to those relating to the Partnership, including business interests and activities substantially similar or identical to those of the Partnership. Neither the Partnership nor any of the Limited Partners shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement in any such business ventures, interest or activities. None of the Limited Partners nor any other Person shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement or the partnership relationship established hereby in any such business ventures, interests or activities, and the General Partner shall have no obligation pursuant to this Agreement to offer any interest in any such business ventures, interests and activities to the Partnership or any Limited Partner, even if such opportunity is of a character which, if presented to the Partnership or any Limited Partner, could be taken by such Person.

  • Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection xxxxx; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. The installation referred to in item “c” includes, but is not limited to, offshore platforms, pipelines, Oil and Gas Treatment plants, equipment and facilities for measurement of the inspected Production, wellhead equipment, production pipes, flow lines, tanks, and other facilities exclusively intended for extraction, as well as oil and gas pipelines for Production Outflow and their respective compressor and pumping stations.
