Coordination of Planning Activities. TPB and FAMPO will maintain coordinated, cooperative and continuing planning processes. TPB and FAMPO shall coordinate their planning processes and produce and share required planning documents on the same cycle.

Coordination of Planning Activities. Local Distribution Company and Transmission Owner shall discuss, at appropriate intervals but no less than annually, the needs of Local Distribution Company and the plans of Transmission Owner that could affect Local Distribution Company. The Parties agree to cooperate and coordinate as necessary on planning and construction of projects that affect Local Distribution Company.
Coordination of Planning Activities. Facilitate and support the SWRTPO tasks in coordination with policy boards and Grays Harbor Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). Assist in coordination of active transportation, public transportation, freight, aviation, port, and roadway stakeholders. Assist CWCOG staff in participating in WSDOT statewide planning activities, as appropriate, including but not limited to MAP-21/FAST Act Performance Measure Target Setting, Transportation Systems Management and Operations Program Plan, Multimodal Investment Strategy, Highway System Plan, and Active Transportation Plan, Part 2. Work closely with the CWCOG staff to provide the Agency’s information required for inclusion and timely delivery of all required WSDOT planning and reporting requirements. Coordinate and contribute as needed or requested by the CWCOG to support the development of the RTP and Coordinated Public Transit/Human Services Transportation Plan (HSTP).

Pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 134(k) and 49 U.S.C. 5303(k), the TPB, as a TMA, will undergo a joint certification review by the FHWA and FTA. Such a federal review is intended to ensure full compliance with the metropolitan planning requirements for a UZA. Since the TPB and FAMPO are jointly responsible for the metropolitan planning activities of the Washington, DC-MD-VA UZA, TPB and FAMPO will coordinate and participate in the joint federal certification process. The TPB will also participate and assist FAMPO in its certification review process as required.

Coordinate and contribute as needed or requested by the CWCOG to support the development of the RTP and Coordinated Public Transit/Human Services Transportation Plan (HSTP).

None of the Limited Partners nor any other Person shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement or the partnership relationship established hereby in any such business ventures, interests or activities, and the General Partner shall have no obligation pursuant to this Agreement to offer any interest in any such business ventures, interests and activities to the Partnership or any Limited Partner, even if such opportunity is of a character which, if presented to the Partnership or any Limited Partner, could be taken by such Person.

  • Marketing Activities The Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in marketing activities for any Hydrocarbons or enter into any contracts related thereto other than (i) contracts for the sale of Hydrocarbons scheduled or reasonably estimated to be produced from their proved Oil and Gas Properties during the period of such contract, (ii) contracts for the sale of Hydrocarbons scheduled or reasonably estimated to be produced from proved Oil and Gas Properties of third parties during the period of such contract associated with the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries that the Borrower or one of its Subsidiaries has the right to market pursuant to joint operating agreements, unitization agreements or other similar contracts that are usual and customary in the oil and gas business and (iii) other contracts for the purchase and/or sale of Hydrocarbons of third parties (A) which have generally offsetting provisions (i.e. corresponding pricing mechanics, delivery dates and points and volumes) such that no “position” is taken and (B) for which appropriate credit support has been taken to alleviate the material credit risks of the counterparty thereto.
