Planning Activities. Planning includes all activities associated with NEPA/CEQA compliance, permitting actions, design data collectio n, conceptual designs, final designs, specification preparation, real estate acquisition, public involvement, quality control, and procurement processes leading to construction.

Planning Activities. All changes that require the support or administration of the system by Global Registry resources must be coordinated and planned with sufficient notice to Global Registry Operations. Sufficient notice is defined in Table Two below. Sufficient notice for issues not captured in Table Two will be determined by the Data Pool and Global Registry at the time of request. If the parties are unable to agree upon a timeframe the issue will be escalated to the GS1 GDSN Board of Directors for resolution. Planning Activities a. SPP shall engage in such planning activities, in coordination with Member, as are necessary to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement, SPP Criteria and the OATT. Such planning shall conform to applicable reliability requirements of SPP, NERC, Transmission Owner’s specific reliability requirements and operating guidelines (to the extent these are not inconsistent with other requirements), and all applicable requirements of federal or state regulatory authorities. Such planning shall seek to minimize costs, consistent with the reliability and other requirements set forth in this Agreement. The division of responsibility for planning between Member and SPP is set forth in the SPP Criteria.
Planning Activities. The Board of Control may conduct planning and coordinating activities for the NSERVE career and technical education programs of the member districts as may be required. The Board of Control may establish an Administrative Council to carry out such activities.

Planning Activities. 5.6.1 CONTRACTOR shall attend coordination meetings with County staff, and other designated persons, for refining schedules, procedures, and resources. Planning Activities. The Planning Activities revolve around creating space for community members to gather and address these health, economic and environmental challenges through seeking and forging effective partnerships and capacity-building. Planning activities will include outreach workshops and public listening sessions to hear from the community and tribal members its thoughts on challenges facing Chicken Ranch Rancheria and Jamestown. Listening sessions will be conducted with local businesses, agencies, and non-profits to identify improvements that impact public health, the environment and economic vitality. Public participation and input will inform plans related to safety and health needs considering regional plans. Consultants will be hired when necessary and further public outreach will be conducted as plans finalize and decisions are made. The intention is to start these efforts beginning of 2023 and last for 18 months. Planning activities will strive to address reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, improved public health and environmental benefits and expanding economic and shared prosperity in Chicken Ranch Rancheria and Jamestown communities.
