Corporate Housing. The Company will provide a housing reimbursement of up to $2,500 per month and reasonable travel reimbursement between California and Utah through August 31, 2018 (or such later date as may be determined by the Company’s CEO in his sole discretion). At such time as Executive is ready to relocate his family to Utah, the Company will cover reasonable relocation expenses.
Corporate Housing. The Company will provide a housing reimbursement of up to $ 2,500.00 per month for a period of two (2) years, starting on the Executive’s first day of employment (the "Start Date"), to cover the cost of corporate housing in Utah. If the corporate housing reimbursement is considered taxable income, then it will be reported as such and grossed up.
Corporate Housing. From January 1, 2008 through June 30, 2008, in lieu of hotel accommodations, the Company will provide Executive with a furnished corporate apartment in Woodland Hills, CA. All expenses associated with such corporate housing will be deemed to be imputed income to Executive and will be “grossed-up” for income tax purposes at the applicable federal and state income tax level.
Corporate Housing. The Company shall continue to provide the Executive with hotel housing when in London, England on Company business at the same level as provided in 2007. (e)
Corporate Housing. Employer shall pay for Corporate Housing for Employee for up to 90 days following the Effective Date.
Corporate Housing. During his employment under this Agreement, the Company shall provide the Executive with corporate housing in the Santa Rosa, California area. To the extent the provision of such housing is treated as taxable to the Executive by the Company, the Company shall provide the Executive with an additional cash payment in an amount sufficient to reimburse the Executive for the payment of all Federal, state and local income, earnings and employment taxes on such taxable amount and on such gross-up amount (determined at the highest marginal rates for Federal, state and local income and earnings taxes applicable to the Executive).
Corporate Housing. Until such time that Executive’s principal place of residence is located in the United States, the Company shall designate and make corporate housing available to Executive at the Company’s sole expense and the Company shall be direct billed for such housing while Executive provides services pursuant to this Agreement in the United States; provided that Executive shall be responsible for any tax obligations that may be imputed to Executive in accordance with applicable law.
Corporate Housing. (a) Based on need (as determined in the Company’s discretion), the Company will secure for the Employee suitable rental accommodations (as determined in the Company’s discretion) in the Vancouver, British Columbia metropolitan area. The Company will pay the rent and other related monthly costs set forth in any applicable rental agreement, such as cleaning fees, utility costs, insurance premiums, parking fees and the like, for such accommodations but Employee will be responsible for all additional costs that may arise including, but not limited to, incidentals, violation fees, charges for damages and other expenses associated with the accommodations. Employee acknowledges that the Company’s payment for such rental accommodations may be taxable to Employee and imputed as income to Employee; provided, that, the Company agrees that Employee shall be grossed up for any such applicable tax withholding related to payments made by the Company in connection with the rental accommodations.
Corporate Housing. During the Service Term, the Company shall provide Executive with corporate housing (or equivalent that is satisfactory with Executive) in the Arlington, Virginia area.
