Corporate Support Services. 4.2.1 The Parties have identified the corporate support services that they provide for the purposes of preparing the Strategic Plan and carrying out integration functions and identified the staff resource involved in providing these Services.
4.2.2 There is agreement and a commitment to provide Corporate Support Services to the Integration Joint Board. The arrangements for providing these services will be reviewed by March 2016 and appropriate models of service will be agreed. This process will involve senior representatives from the Parties and the Chief Officer. The models agreed will be subject to further review as the Integration Joint Board develops in its first year of operation and to ongoing review as part of the planning processes for the Integration Joint Board and the Parties.
4.2.3 The Parties agree that the current support will continue to be provided until the new models of Service have been developed.
4.2.4 The Parties will provide the Integration Joint Board with the corporate support services it requires to fully discharge its duties under the Act. 4.3

The Parties will: • Identify and agree on an ongoing basis, the corporate support services required to fully discharge the IJB’s duties under the Act. • The Parties will continue to provide the IJB with the corporate support services it requires to fully discharge its duties under the Act. .

The Parties will, by 1.04.2016: • Identify the corporate resources currently utilised to deliver the delegated functions. • Identify and aAgree on an ongoing basis, the corporate support services required to fully discharge Argyll and Bute Integration Joint Board's duties under the Act. • The Parties will continue to provide Argyll and Bute Integration Joint Board with the corporate support services it requires to fully discharge its duties under the Act . The provision will be reviewed within the first year to ensure that it is adequate.

6.2 The arrangements for providing these services will be subject to review aligned to the requirements of each Strategic Planning cycle, to ensure that undertakings within each Strategic Plan can be achieved, as part of the planning processes for the IJB and the Parties.
6.3 The Parties will provide the IJB with the corporate support services it requires to fully discharge its duties under the Act. The Parties will ensure that the Chief Officer is effectively supported and empowered to act on behalf of the IJB. This will include the Parties providing staff and resources to provide such support. In all circumstances, the direction of these corporate support services will be aligned to the governance and accountability arrangements of the functions being supported, as set out in this Scheme.
