Ongoing Review. 9.1 The parties agree that this pilot project will be evaluated by the Job Share Committee on an on-going basis and further agree that the pilot project will remain in effect until December 31, 2011. The parties agree to discuss the renewal of this pilot, either with or without modifications, after that date. The parties agree that any members participating in a Job Share Arrangement which has not yet expired will continue in effect for the one-year term even if this pilot project is discontinued after December 31, 2011.
Ongoing Review. The Early Development Plan with respect to a Development Candidate, including each Target Product Profile and the design of any PoC Trials, will be reviewed as necessary at each meeting of the JPS, and at any other time upon the request of either Party, and may be modified by the JPS or JSC as appropriate to reflect material scientific or commercial developments, subject to Section 3.6.4 and all other applicable provisions of this Agreement.
Ongoing Review. CARB shall have authority to verify that a Mitigation Project and/or the Administrator are in compliance with the terms of this Mitigation Agreement or other relevant agreement, including that the Project is consistent with information submitted in reports to the IE Operational Engineer, the Administrator, the CARB-Accredited Verifier, and to CARB, and that the Mitigation Project is otherwise achieving mitigation in the manner and amount reported to CARB.
Ongoing Review. We reserve the right to reassess your eligibility for use of any of the Services from time to time. This may include obtaining updated credit report authorisations or other business information as reasonably required regarding your financial condition.
Ongoing Review. The Development Operating Plan and each Development Candidate Plan with respect to a Development Candidate [ * ] will be reviewed as necessary at each meeting of the Collaboration Committee [ * ].
Ongoing Review. (a) In addition to the initial checks in clause 17.2, the Contractor has an ongoing obligation to review its Key Personnel to ensure they do not become a Disqualified Person.
(b) On becoming aware a Key Person has become a Disqualified Person, either pursuant to this clause 17.4 or otherwise, the Contractor must cease that person’s engagement as a Key Person, and ensure they do not provide the Services on behalf of the Contractor.
Ongoing Review. The parties agree to jointly conduct periodic reviews to monitor staffing levels, workload issues, and the effectiveness of the position and the program.
Ongoing Review. The ongoing work of the Equity Review Committee shall include, but is not limited to, the following:
(a) upon request by a Faculty/Unit, assist the Faculty/Unit in developing its EDI employ- ment goals and plan;
(b) review Faculty/Unit employment goals and plans and make recommendations for amendments;
(c) review and respond to Faculty/Unit teaching and/or professional service workload as- signment reports as described in Article 7.3.4;
(d) review University policies impacting Members and make EDI recommendations;
(e) review annual data received from the Employer as per Article 5.7.6, and offer recom- mendations as to what other data and/or processes are needed for the Committee to monitor EDI progress. The Equity Review Committee shall report at least annually to the Parties to this Agreement.
Ongoing Review. The parties agree to jointly conduct periodic reviews to monitor staffing levels, workload issues, and the effectiveness of the position and the program. Intent – The intent of this position is not to replace but enhance the employee bilingual interpretation function.
Ongoing Review. 4.1 The Health Improvement Commission shall throughout the Service Period have the right to review all aspects of the performance and implementation of this Agreement, and shall be entitled to engage external advisors to assist it in carrying out any such review. The Service Provider's Authorised Representative together with any other relevant officer of the Service Provider (if different) may be invited to attend appropriate meetings of the Health Improvement Commission as the Health Improvement Commission shall decide upon from time to time.
4.2 Without prejudice to the generality of Clause 4.1, the Health Improvement Commission shall have, amongst other things, the responsibility for the following:
4.2.1 reviewing issues relating to the day-to-day performance of this Agreement;
4.2.2 reviewing agreed aims and objectives of this Agreement;
4.2.3 reviewing future plans for the Services;
4.2.4 reviewing timescales for implementing plans;
4.2.5 reviewing financial arrangements and budgets;
4.2.6 reviewing whether adequate systems are in place to monitor the Services in accordance with this Agreement and to introduce, agree and review Service Measurements;
4.2.7 providing an opportunity for receiving and considering the views of Service Users;
4.2.8 monitoring the complaints procedure of the Service Provider and considering the reports relating to incidents or complaints referred to in Clauses 11.6.4 and 24.6; and
4.2.9 reviewing this Agreement in the light of proposed or actual legislative or policy changes which may have an impact on the Services or the cost of providing the Services.
4.3 In taking its decisions the Health Improvement Commission shall take into consideration any published protocols of the Service Provider and will consult with the Service Provider on any decisions that conflict with those protocols.
4.4 The Health Improvement Commission may delegate any of its functions in Clause 4.2 to its Authorised Representative.
4.5 Either the Health Improvement Commission or the Service Provider’s Authorised Representative may, by written notice to the other Authorised Representative, request a meeting with the other Authorised Representative at any time, and in addition the Service Provider’s Authorised Representative may (by written notice) request a meeting with the Health Improvement Commission.
