Corporate Trade Union Liaison Meeting Structure. 2.1 The Committee will be Chaired by the Lead Member for HR. A number of representatives of Royal Borough’s Management, including senior representatives from the HR Department will attend the meeting as required. A representative from each of the recognised Trade Unions (regardless of Trade Union membership), nominated by those unions in accordance with their specific procedures will also attend the meetings. In the case of Trade Unions not being able to field a local representative they may be represented by Full Time Officials who may act on their behalf.

  • Technical and Organizational Measures The following sections define SAP’s current technical and organizational measures. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.
