COST OF TRANSFER. It is agreed that the cost of registering the transfer of the Shares (if any) will be borne by the Transferee.
COST OF TRANSFER. The Existing Stockholders who are parties to a sale to a Proposed Purchaser shall arrange for payment directly by the Proposed Purchaser to the Holder, upon delivery of the certificate representing the Warrant Shares to be sold, duly endorsed for transfer, together with such other documents as the Proposed Purchaser may reasonably request.
