Cost Principles and Audit. DoDGARS Part 34 (32 CFR Part 34), “Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements with For-Profit Organizations,” and its Sections 34.16 and 34.17, apply specifically to the Cooperator. The Cooperative Agreement shall be consistent with these authorities.
Cost Principles and Audit. Applicable to this Agreement, and incorporated herein by reference, are the requirements, standards, and provisions of the DoDGARs and the appropriate OMB Circulars and attachments thereto, as revised as of the effective date of this Agreement. For purposes of this paragraph, the term "appropriate" is determined by the organizational nature of the Awardee.
