Costs of Escrow. Costs of the Escrow shall be allocated as follows:

City and Developer shall pay their respective portions of the premium for the Title Policy as set forth in Section 204 hereof, the City shall pay for the documentary transfer taxes, if any, due with respect to the Conveyance, and Developer and City each agree to pay one-half of all other usual fees, charges, and costs which arise from Escrow with respect to the Conveyance.
Costs of Escrow. Developer and Agency shall each pay one half (½) of the customary and usual Escrow fees, charges and costs which arise from the Escrow (the “Escrow Costs”).
