Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015. 52.1 The Provider acknowledges that the Councils have a duty under the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015 (“CTSA”) to have due regard to the requirement to prevent people from being drawn into terrorism. The Provider shall facilitate the Councils’ compliance with its duty pursuant to the CTSA and the Provider shall have regard to the statutory guidance issued under section 29 of the CTSA and in particular the Provider shall ensure that staff:-
Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015. 12.8.1 The Contractor is aware of the Authority’s obligations under the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015 (the “CTSA 2015”) including any guidance, amendments and all subsequent regulations pursuant to this Act and in particular its obligation under s26 to have due regard to the need to prevent people from being drawn into terrorism in the exercise of its functions (the “Prevent duty”). The Contractor will co-operate with the Authority in ensuring the Authority’s compliance with its requirements under the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015.

  • Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 Subrecipient hereby acknowledges and agrees that it must comply with the requirements of the government-wide award term which implements Section 106(g) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) of 2000, as amended (22 U.S.C. 7104).   • ANTI-TERRORISM The Contractor agrees to undertake all reasonable efforts to ensure that none of the UNDP funds received under the Contract is used to provide support to individuals or entities associated with terrorism and that recipients of any amounts provided by UNDP hereunder do not appear on the list maintained by the Security Council Committee established pursuant to Resolution 1267 (1999). The list can be accessed via xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/sc/suborg/en/sanctions/1267/aq_sanctions_list. This provision must be included in all sub-contracts or sub-agreements entered into under the Contract.

  • Anti-Terrorism Laws (i) None of the Borrower or any of its Affiliates is in violation of any laws or regulations relating to terrorism or money laundering (“Anti-Terrorism Laws”), including Executive Order No. 13224 on Terrorist Financing, effective September 24, 2001 (the “Executive Order”) and the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001, Public Law 107-56.

  • Anti-Corruption Laws and Sanctions The Borrower has implemented and maintains in effect policies and procedures designed to ensure compliance by the Borrower, its Subsidiaries and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents with Anti-Corruption Laws and applicable Sanctions, and the Borrower, its Subsidiaries and their respective officers and employees and to the knowledge of the Borrower its directors and agents, are in compliance with Anti-Corruption Laws and applicable Sanctions in all material respects. None of (a) the Borrower, any Subsidiary or any of their respective directors, officers or employees, or (b) to the knowledge of the Borrower, any agent of the Borrower or any Subsidiary that will act in any capacity in connection with or benefit from the credit facility established hereby, is a Sanctioned Person. No Borrowing or Letter of Credit, use of proceeds or other transaction contemplated by this Agreement will violate any Anti-Corruption Law or applicable Sanctions.

  • PROCEEDS OF CRIME LEGISLATION The Depositor acknowledges that the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and Regulations apply to the operation of the Account and that the Financial Institution will, from time to time, request information from the Depositor to address the reporting, record-keeping, client identification, and ongoing monitoring requirements of that legislation. The Depositor agrees to abide by and comply with all such requests.

  • Compliance with Federal Law, Regulations, and Executive Orders This is an acknowledgement that FEMA financial assistance will be used to fund the contract only. The contractor will comply will all applicable federal law, regulations, executive orders, FEMA policies, procedures, and directives.

  • BRIBERY ACT We fully comply with the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000, and will not accept any form of payment, gift or service, the intention of which could be considered to result in the improper performance of Our obligations to You. If We reasonably believe that You have attempted to offer a bribe We will terminate Our agreement with You.

  • Executive Orders This Contract is subject to the provisions of Executive Order No. Three of Governor Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, promulgated June 16, 1971, concerning labor employment practices, Executive Order No. Seventeen of Governor Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, promulgated February 15, 1973, concerning the listing of employment openings and Executive Order No. Sixteen of Governor Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx promulgated August 4, 1999, concerning violence in the workplace, all of which are incorporated into and are made a part of the Contract as if they had been fully set forth in it. The Contract may also be subject to Executive Order No. 14 of Governor M. Xxxx Xxxx, promulgated April 17, 2006, concerning procurement of cleaning products and services, Executive Order No. 61 of Governor Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx promulgated December 13, 2017 concerning the Policy for the Management of State Information Technology Projects, as issued by the Office of Policy and Management, Policy ID IT-SDLC-17-04, and Executive Order No. 49 of Governor Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, promulgated May 22, 2015, mandating disclosure of certain gifts to public employees and contributions to certain candidates for office in accordance with their respective terms and conditions. If Executive Orders 14, 61 or 49 are applicable, it is deemed to be incorporated into and are made a part of the Contract as if it had been fully set forth in it. At the Contractor’s request, the State shall provide a copy of these orders to the Contractor.

  • Iran, Sudan and Foreign Terrorist Organizations The Dissemination Agent and the Administrator represent that neither the Dissemination Agent, the Administrator nor any parent company, wholly- or majority-owned subsidiaries, and other affiliates of the Dissemination Agent or the Administrator is a company identified on a list prepared and maintained by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts under Section 2252.153 or Section 2270.0201, Texas Government Code, and posted on any of the following pages of such officer’s internet website: xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/purchasing/docs/sudan-list.pdf, xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/purchasing/docs/iran-list.pdf, or xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/purchasing/docs/fto-list.pdf.
