Smluvní strany dále souhlasí s tím, že k potvrzení platnosti jejich elektronického podpisu není nutné ověření žádným ověřovacím úřadem ani jinou třetí stranou a že neexistence takového osvědčení či ověření třetí stranou nijak neovlivní vymahatelnost jeho přijetí a/nebo podpisu a/nebo jakýkoli smluvní vztah mezi smluvními stranami. Tato smlouva může být vyhotovena v jakémkoli počtu stejnopisů, z nichž každý bude vůči kterékoliv smluvní straně, která jej podepsala, představovat originál, přičemž všechny tyto stejnopisy budou společně představovat jeden a tentýž dokument.
