Working abroad. Employees required to work in another country for one month or longer shall receive written confirmation of their appointment before leaving Iceland. In addition to the information listed in 1.11.4, the following must be stated:
1. The estimated time spent working abroad.
2. The currency in which wages are to be paid.
3. Bonuses or perquisites associated with the work abroad.
4. Where applicable, the conditions by which an employee can return to his country of origin. Information according to items 2 and 3 may be given in the form of a reference to legislation or collective wage agreements.
Working abroad. 1 General provisions
Working abroad. The client is obliged to ensure that a person registered with a Dutch municipality and who accompanies customers abroad, exclusively or mainly for that Dutch tour operator, other than on the basis of an employment agreement:
a. in the event of occupational disability, will receive the compensation agreed for the work for the period of time during which the agreement would apply, with a maximum of six months;
b. in the event of an accident during the term of the agreement, will be granted an insurance benefit amounting to the costs of repatriation to the Netherlands, and also: • a one-off insurance benefit of € 4.538,- in the event of death; • an insurance benefit of € 113.445.- in the event of permanent invalidity;
c. in the event of death, that the surviving dependants are granted a death benefit as specified in Article 26 of this collective agreement.
Working abroad. If duties hereunder require the Executive to work abroad (other than in connection with ordinary course business travel), the Company agrees to make such arrangements as may be appropriate, given the amount of time abroad, to provide for reasonable housing, transportation or other issues or expenses.

a. in the event of inability to work, shall receive the agreed compensation with regard to work during the period of time this agreement would apply, however never for more than 6 months;
b. is entitled to insurance benefit in the event of an accident during the duration of the agreement, corresponding with the costs for repatriation to the Netherlands, and also: - once-only insurance payment of €4,538 in the event of death; - insurance payment of €113,445 in the event of total permanent invalidity;
c. is entitled to insurance benefit in the event of theft, in so far as this theft takes place during the duration of the agreement, corresponding with damage suffered to the employee’s own luggage, however amounting to no more than €2,269.
d. his/her surviving relatives are entitled to death benefit in accordance with Article 17 of this collective agreement in the event of the employee’s death.
Working abroad. If an employee has to work abroad for more than a month, their employer must state: • how long they’ll be abroad • what currency they’ll be paid in • what additional pay or benefits they’ll get • terms relating to their return to the UK This information can be given to the employee in a separate document. An employer may send an employee to another country in the European Economic Area (EEA). In this situation employees must get the terms and conditions that are the legal minimum in that country for working hours and rest breaks, holiday entitlement and minimum pay (including overtime). Working abroad. If the Managing Director works abroad for a temporary period under the terms of this contract the terms and conditions of employment will remain unaltered and governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Working abroad. The Company does not anticipate a requirement for you to work outside the United Kingdom. The commercial terms of this Agreement shall also apply to Productions filmed abroad, while adopting the work practices in the country where the filming takes place (in other words, the duration of the Production Day and the weekly rest day shall be tailored to the country in which the Production is being filmed, etc.).
