Period of Residence. Unless otherwise determined in accordance with this Agreement, the University will provide you with accommodation in a Residence for the Fall and Winter session, from September 1, 2018 to noon on April 25, 2019.
Period of Residence. The effective date of residence shall be the first day of the Summer as defined below, or the date this contract is accepted, whichever is later. This contract is for Summer, commencing May 18, 2024 and ending August 9, 2024. Members not remaining in the same unit for the following semester must vacate by midnight on the last day of the semester, August 9, 2024.
Period of Residence. This part of the Regulations explains how long your Accommodation Agreement will last and the restrictions that apply to your Accommodation including in relation to terminating the Agreement.
3.1 Residence shall be for the period of time detailed in the Accommodation Contract and shall be subject to the schedule of fees as outlined in the same documentation subject to earlier determination in accordance with these Regulations.
3.2 Students shall not be entitled to move into other College Accommodation, including by requesting or making any room changes, during the course of the Accommodation Agreement without the consent of Accommodation Services and without entering into a new Accommodation Contract. 3.3 Students who for any reason vacate their College Accommodation earlier than the date set out in the Accommodation Contract without prior written consent from the College shall remain liable for payment of the Fees the duration of the Accommodation Contract or until a suitable replacement has been found.
3.4 The College shall be entitled to terminate the Accommodation Contract upon withdrawal or interruption from or termination of the Student’s programme of study subject to twenty- eight (28) days’ notice. Students may be eligible for a Fee refund which will be calculated on a pro-rata basis providing Accommodation Services has been notified in writing immediately and within two (2) days.
3.5 Keys and door entry/fobs cards must be returned immediately upon the expiration or termination of the Accommodation Contract. Failure to do so may result in charges being payable by the Student in relation to the costs incurred for the replacement of any keys, fobs or locks.
3.6 The Accommodation Contract is personal to the Student and sub-letting, sharing of occupation (unless Accommodation Services have exceptionally given written consent for double occupancy of Accommodation) or possession or other dealing with the Accommodation, with or without financial gain, is strictly prohibited.
3.7 The College may require a Student to move rooms for any reason on not less than five
Period of Residence. Period of Residence. Unless it specifies otherwise in the Offer E-mail the Period of Residence is continuous (and includes the Christmas and Easter vacation periods) but does not include the Summer vacation period. You must vacate the Accommodation and remove all of your personal possessions from it by 10:00am on the last day of the Period of Residence. Students are not permitted to remain in the Accommodation beyond 10:00am on the last day of the Period of Residence. Our responsibilities are set out in clause 1 (below). We are fully committed to fulfilling our responsibilities under this Agreement. If we fail to meet these, we expect you to tell us and give us the opportunity to put things right. By entering into this Agreement, you commit to comply with your responsibilities. These are set out in clause 2 (below) and include a commitment by you to comply with the Regulations and Policies. If you fail to meet these, we will tell you and (unless the failure is serious or persistent) we will give you a chance to put things right. If you fail to take this opportunity, or if the failure is serious or persistent, we will be entitled to take formal (including legal) action against you which may result in you having to leave your Accommodation. With the exception of any changes as a result of government legislation, this Agreement cannot be changed without prior written agreement between you and us.
Period of Residence. Unless otherwise determined in accordance with this Agreement, the University will provide you with accommodation in a Residence during:
a. Fall session, from August 31st or September 1, 2024 (the University will notify you of your move- in date at least 4 weeks prior to move-in) to noon on the day following your last examination, or noon on December 20, 2024, whichever occurs first, and
b. Winter session, from noon on January 5, 2025 to noon the day following your last examination, or noon on April 25, 2025, whichever occurs first.

Contracts accepted for the Spring semester shall be for that semester only. There shall be no residence charge for the period between semesters. However, Members remaining in the units during the academic breaks are still expected to perform workshift and abide by the other obligations of membership outlined in this contract. Members not remaining in the same unit for the following semester must vacate by midnight on the last day of the semester.

Any periods of occupancy outside the accepted Offer of Accommodation will be charged at the standard nightly rate applicable to the Accommodation that you are occupying.
