COUNTY Defined WTW Activities. 6.8.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide WTW activities as defined below per ADMINISTRATOR and State and federal regulations. WTW activities include, but are not limited to: Bridging Activities: Short-term activities that satisfy WTW Program requirements between other activities made available to PARTICIPANTS when there is a planned or unplanned break in assigned WTW activities, such as school breaks. Life Skills Workshops: Workshops focusing on building skills that will assist PARTICIPANTS in handling daily issues such as career advancement strategies, money management, and customer service, and are not JSR workshops or intended to be a full-time WTW activity. Work Experience: A time limited paid or unpaid training activity with a public or private sector, including nonprofit agency or for- profit employers, which provides PARTICIPANTS with basic job skills, enhances existing job skills in a position related to the PARTICIPANT’S experience, or provides a needed community service that will lead to unsubsidized employment. 6.8.2 CONTRACTOR shall develop appropriate placement sites in the community, monitor attendance, and communicate with ADMINISTRATOR regarding participation and weekly attendance as determined by ADMINISTRATOR.
