COUNTY OFFICE COMPLIANCE. The County Office and bargaining unit member shall comply with all health, safety, and sanitation requirements or regulations imposed by state or federal law.
COUNTY OFFICE COMPLIANCE. 10.2.1 The County Office shall make every reasonable effort to comply with applicable sections of the California Occupational Health and Safety Act, to the extent possible within the financial resources of the County Office, and to provide a safe and healthy environment for its employees.
COUNTY OFFICE COMPLIANCE. The Superintendent shall conform to and comply with all health, safety, and sanitation requirements which from time to time are imposed by state or federal law or regulations adopted under state or federal law.
