Common use of Course Leave Clause in Contracts

Course Leave. An employee shall be granted leave with pay to take courses at the request of the eEmployer. When such leave is granted the eEmployer shall bear the full cost of the course including tuition, entrance or registration fees, laboratory fees, and course required books. The eEmployer shall also reimburse the employee for travelling, subsistence and other legitimate expenses where applicable. An employee may also initiate a request which shall be subject to approval of the Employer. The Employer may elect to pay all or a portion of an employee initiated request. Approval to attend shall not be unreasonably withheld.
