Court Duty/Jury Duty. A. A full-time employee who is called to serve on a jury panel, or who is subpoenaed as a witness in a criminal or civil case, or is required to appear in court, on a BCC-related matter, shall be granted leave of absence with pay for the duration of the required service in court.
