Court Facilities. The City will provide a suitable place for holding court and shall pay for all the expense of maintaining it. The City will furnish staff, supplies, and equipment sufficient for the operation of the Court.
Court Facilities. City will provide a courtroom, jury room, office, office furniture, legal resources, and other facilities and supplies necessary for the proper operation of its Municipal Court.
Court Facilities. The Court shall provide to Contractor an area, as available, for conduct of initial interviews and orientation with the probationer on the day of sentencing.
Court Facilities. This MOU covers janitorial services to be provided in the areas occupied solely by the Court (Court-exclusive areas), areas occupied solely by the County (County-exclusive areas), and the areas jointly occupied (common areas) at the following facilities (Facilities):
Court Facilities. 1. The Government agrees to make available at its expense such court facilities as shall be necessary for the Tribunal or the Chamber of the Tribunal to sit or otherwise exercise its functions in Singapore, as specified in the annex. Such facilities shall consist of a room for the court hearings, a deliberations room, a meeting room for the Registry, a meeting room for each party to the case, as well as office space for the Members of the Tribunal, the Registrar and officials of the Tribunal.
2. The Government shall at its expense furnish and equip the court facilities, which shall be in good repair, in a manner adequate for the effective functioning of the Tribunal or the Chamber of the Tribunal. The room for court hearings and deliberations room shall be equipped for simultaneous interpretation between the two official languages of the Tribunal and the room for court hearings shall have facilities for sound recording.
3. The court facilities referred to in paragraph 1, including furniture and equipment, shall remain at the disposal of the Tribunal or the Chamber of the Tribunal for such time as is necessary for the exercise of its functions.
4. The Government shall provide, within the court facilities, all necessary utilities and services including telephone, facsimile, data communication and internet services, electricity, water and gas, as well as air-conditioning, as necessary.
5. The Government shall bear, as applicable, the costs of the official use of the utilities and services referred to in paragraph 4.

Court Facilities. The Court shall allow the Union to conduct general membership meetings in Court facilities provided:
5.2.1 The meeting or use of the facility does not interfere with the normal course of Court business; and
5.2.2 Prior permission is obtained from the designated Court representative;
5.2.3 Ordinarily, no fee will be charged for the Union’s use of Court-controlled facilities as provided above. However, should the Judicial Council of California require the Court to charge fees and/or costs to individuals and groups for use of Court-controlled facilities, the Court reserves the right to and may impose said fees and/or costs on the Union. In such event, the Union will pay such fees and/or costs forthwith upon receipt of billing from the Court.
