Common use of COURT OR RECALL WHILE ON VACATION Clause in Contracts

COURT OR RECALL WHILE ON VACATION. (a) If a Member is on Vacation or Statutory Holiday Leave and is required for a Court appearance, or is recalled to duty, the Member shall receive, in addition to what the Member is to be paid in the ordinary course, an additional day off for each day the Member is so required; (b) A Member so required shall be reimbursed for travel and other expenses necessarily incidental to the interruption and/or cancellation of the Member's Vacation.
