Court Time Schedule. Where an employee, in the course of employment, appears as a witness in a Court to give evidence (for the purpose of this Agreement the word “Court” includes Provincial Court, Traffic Court, Coroner’s Court, Supreme Court, and Interview with the Prosecutor in preparation of case), the following provisions shall apply:
