Court travel time. Employees who are subpoenaed to and appear in a court outside the local area (the local area being defined as Pomona and Rancho Cucamonga) during off duty hours will be paid at a straight time rate for travel time. The travel time is to be calculated from the Chino Police Department to the court and return.
