Overtime Definitions. The following is time worked which shall be considered overtime, except as otherwise specified in this agreement.
Overtime Definitions. Overtime is defined as all hours approved and assigned in a week in excess of those hours specified in Article 26.01 above. This shall not include attendance at conferences.
Overtime Definitions. Overtime work shall be compensated at the following rates:
(a) time and one-half for the first two hours of overtime on a regularly scheduled workday seven and one-half hours;
(b) double-time for each hour worked in excess of those in (a) above;
(c) time and one-half for all hours worked between 37½ and 45 hours in a week, excluding from calculations, hours for which overtime is paid pursuant to (a) and (b) above;
(d) double-time for all hours worked in excess of 45 hours in a week, excluding from calculations, hours for which overtime is paid pursuant to (a) and (b) above.
Overtime Definitions. Prearranged Overtime: Work performed outside the normal scheduled hours for which notification must be given a minimum of 24 hours in advance (21 hours for computer shift working employees). Time shall be counted from the time the employee reports for work until the employee finishes work. Emergency Overtime: Work performed outside the normal scheduled hours which is neither prearranged nor extension overtime. Time shall be counted from the time the employee reports for work until the employee finishes work.
Overtime Definitions a. Unless modified elsewhere in this Agreement, overtime shall be defined, and paid in accordance with the following:
1. time worked in excess of forty (40) hours in a workweek;
2. time worked in excess of eight (8) hours on a workday;
3. time worked on a non-workday;
4. time worked on a contractual holiday;
5. time worked during an employee's regular lunch period.

A. Time worked in excess of 40 hours in a workweek;
B. Time worked in excess of regular scheduled hours or eight hours, whichever is greater, on a workday;
C. Time worked on a non-workday;
D. Time worked on a holiday as provided for in Title 9;
E. Time worked outside of regular work hours on a workday. The Company shall not be required to pay overtime compensation more than once for any single period of time worked. Overtime shall be cumulated each day and shall be compensated to the nearest one-quarter hour.

Overtime Definitions a. “Contract Overtime” means the time an employee is required to work in excess of and continuous with their regularly scheduled day or work week.

a) Actual hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day for employees working five (5), eight (8) hour days; or,
b) Actual hours worked in excess of ten (10) hours per day for employees working four
