Overtime Definitions. Overtime is defined as all hours approved and assigned in a week in excess of those hours specified in Article 26.01 above. This shall not include attendance at conferences.
Overtime Definitions. Overtime work shall be compensated at the following rates: (a) time and one-half for the first two hours of overtime on a regularly scheduled workday seven and one-half hours; (b) double-time for each hour worked in excess of those in (a) above; (c) time and one-half for all hours worked between 37½ and 45 hours in a week, excluding from calculations, hours for which overtime is paid pursuant to (a) and (b) above; (d) double-time for all hours worked in excess of 45 hours in a week, excluding from calculations, hours for which overtime is paid pursuant to (a) and (b) above.
Overtime Definitions. Prearranged Overtime: Work performed outside the normal scheduled hours for which notification must be given a minimum of 24 hours in advance (21 hours for computer shift working employees). Time shall be counted from the time the employee reports for work until the employee finishes work.
