Court travel time. Unit employees shall be allowed travel time to court as set forth in this article in addition to the amount of time actually spent in the court appearance, except in cases where the four (4) hour minimum rule applies. In the event the unit employee’s combined time spent in court and travel time exceeds four (4) hours, they shall be compensated for the actual time spent in court and travel time as authorized by this article.
