COVID-19 Acknowledgement. Each participant in the Program hereby agrees to adhere to UCF expectations intended to minimize risk of exposure to COVID-19 consistent with public health guidance, including, but not limited to, practicing social distancing and wearing appropriate face coverings or masks per UCF Policy EP-20-1. AGENCY is encouraged to follow their district’s protocols and have enough school-appropriate cleaning supplies to continuously disinfect the equipment in accordance with California Department of Public Health (CDPH) guidance.
COVID-19 Acknowledgement. Provider acknowledges the Coronavirus (COVID- 19) pandemic is a worldwide risk to human health. COVID-19 is highly contagious and can spread easily and exponentially. While persons of all ages are at risk of contracting COVID- 19, persons with compromised immune systems and older persons may be at particular risk. With full awareness and to the fullest extent allowable by law, Provider, for itself, its drivers and employees, hereby forever releases, waives, discharges, holds harmless and covenants not to sue DISTRICT, its governing board, officers, agents, employees, successors, assigns, independent contractors and/or volunteers from any and all liability claims, demands, actions or causes of action whatsoever directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by Provider, and its drivers and employees, related to COVID-19 while performing transportation services under the Agreement for the DISTRICT.

COVID-19 Acknowledgement. Each Tenant represents and warrants to Landlord and to Landlord’s Agent MK Management Group, LLC that (i) it is assessing the Property at its own risk and it will use the Property and building in strict accordance with all Applicable Covid Laws, Rules and Regulations, (ii) it will comply with the Applicable Covid Laws, Rules and Regulations as they may be altered, amended or modified from time to time and any new laws, orders, rules and regulations may be promulgated from time to time and (iii) it is each Tenant’s duty to keep up to date with the changes to the Applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations.
