COVID Specific Unit/Facility Staffing. In the event employer utilizes a specific unit/facility or enters into an agreement to utilize a non-employer owned facility exclusively for COVID suspected/diagnosed patients, employer will solicit volunteers to staff that unit or facility. Employer will provide at a minimum the following:
1. Private Room Hotel/Motel Accommodations Near the facility;
COVID Specific Unit/Facility Staffing. If requested by the employee, employer will provide at a minimum the following:
1. Private Room Hotel/Motel Accommodations Near the Facility;
2. Regular pay including appropriate differentials for all hours actually worked on the unit;
3. Meal delivery to be arranged by employer;
4. Nurses shall be assigned to said units for specific days and shall receive COVID testing prior to end of tour of duty and shall be allowed to reside for any post-assignment period at the nurses’ discretion per housing and accommodations section below.
5. Any additional benefits that the employer believes will assist the employee in these circumstances.

In the event employer utilizes a specific unit/facility or enters into an agreement to utilize a non- employer owned facility exclusively for COVID suspected/diagnosed patients, employer will solicit volunteers to staff that unit or facility. Employer will provide at a minimum the following:
a. Private Room Hotel/Motel Accommodations or equivalent near the facility;
b. Straight-Time pay for all on-call hours the nurse is assigned to work in the unit and double time for all hours actually worked on the unit;
c. Per Diem of for meal delivery to be arranged by employer;
d. In home childcare and assistance with daily activities, groceries, sundry purchasing.
e. Nurses shall be assigned to said units for specific days, no less than four days and shall receive COVID testing prior to end of tour of duty and shall be allowed to reside for any post-assignment period at the nurses’ discretion.
f. Any additional benefits that the employer believes will assist the employee in these circumstances.
g. Waiver of any caps on PTO accumulation for all paid hours assigned to a COVID Unit.
COVID Specific Unit/Facility Staffing. In the event there is an increase of COVID related hospitalizations in Oregon beyond three times Oregon hospitalizations as of June 1, 2020 and the employer utilizes a specific unit/facility to treat COVID-19 patients or PUI, employer will solicit volunteers to staff that unit or facility. Employer will provide at a minimum the following:
1. Private Room Hotel/Motel Accommodations Near the facility;
2.1. Per Diem of forWill be fed on shift via meal delivery to be arranged by employer;
0.0. Xx Reimbursed reasonablehome childcare and assistance with daily activities, groceries, sundry purchasingcosts if no other responsible adult is available.
4.3. Nurses shall be assigned to said units for specific days, no less than and shall receive COVID testing prior to end of tour of duty and shall be allowed to reside for any post-assignment period at the nurses’ discretion, including if COVID-19 positive until recovered.
5.4. Waiver of any caps on PTO accumulation for all paid hours assigned to a COVID Unit.
