CREDIT CARD PURCHASES. If you dissatisfied with the goods or services that you have purchased with your credit card and you have tried in good faith to correct the problem with the merchant, you may have the right not to pay the remaining amount due on the purchase. To use this right, all of the following must be true:

CREDIT CARD PURCHASES. Credit card purchases may only be made by the individual whose name and address are on the credit card. Any Member who uses another individual’s credit card to pay for purchases risks having his/her status as a Member placed on suspension pending in- vestigation and resolution of any complaints regarding unauthorized charges. Xxxxxxxx considers such transactions fraudulent and will report them to the proper authorities for settlement. Under no circumstance will any Member charge back any credit card purchases. Any Member who does so will immediately lose all credit card ordering privileges until the charges are replaced with certified funds. If an erroneous charge is applied to a Mem- ber’s credit card, the Member should immediately contact the Support Department of Velovita to initiate an investigation and resolution.

Any distributor who uses another individual’s credit card to pay for purchases should submit a credit card authorization form to XXXXX with the order prior to placing the order. XXXXX considers unauthorized credit card use as fraudulent and will report such actions to the proper authorities for settlement.

Subscriber authorizes Sectigo, either directly or through Sectigo’s Affiliates, to charge, request, and collect payment from Subscriber’s payment method or designated bank account, and to make inquiries that Sectigo may consider necessary to validate Subscriber’s designated payment account or financial information, in order to ensure prompt payment, including for the purpose of receiving updated payment details from Subscriber’s credit card company. Provided the Services are available to purchase using a credit card, and provided the Services automatically renew, Subscriber authorizes Sectigo to automatically charge the credit card Sectigo has on file for Subscriber upon, or immediately prior to, expiration of the then-current Service Term, for Subscriber’s continued use of the Services for the following Service Term.‌

Va’a considers such transactions fraudulent and will report them to the proper authorities for settlement. Under no circumstance will any Ambassador charge back any credit card purchases. Any Ambassadors who do so will immediately lose all credit card ordering privileges until the charges are replaced with certified funds and all fees associated with the charge back are refunded to Va’a. If an erroneous charge is applied to an Ambassador credit card, the Influencer should immediately contact Va’a Support to initiate an investigation and resolution.
CREDIT CARD PURCHASES. If paying by credit card, Client shall provide Absorb with valid and updated credit card information. Client authorizes Absorb to charge such credit for all Fees listed in the Order Form for the Service Term. If the Services automatically renew, Client authorizes Absorb to automatically charge the credit card Absorb has on file for Client upon, or immediately prior to, expiration of the then- current Service Term, for Client’s continued use of the Services for the following Service Term.

CREDIT CARD PURCHASES. If You have a problem with the quality of property or services that You purchased with a credit card, and You have tried in good faith to correct the problem with the merchant, You may have the right not to pay the remaining amount due on the property or services. There are two limitations on this right: (a) You must have made the purchase in Your home state or, if not within Your home state, within 100 miles of Your current mailing address; and (b) The purchase price must have been more than $50.00. These limitations do not apply if the credit card issuer owns or operates the merchant, or mailed You the advertisement for property or services. The following notices may apply to You. Their placement as notices herein do not indicate that these States have any jurisdiction over this Agreement.
CREDIT CARD PURCHASES. If you submit a project or are entitled to be paid for a project you have completed, Braintree Payments, our third-party payment processor, collects and stores bank account, billing, and credit card information. This information will only be shared with third parties who perform tasks required to complete the transaction. When you submit credit card numbers or bank account information, Braintree Payments encrypts that information using industry standard technology. If you submit or apply for a subscription or an hourly associate opportunity, your credit card and bank account information, as applicable, will be stored by XXXXXXXX and will only be shared with third parties who perform tasks required to complete the transaction, including Square and Nevada State Bank.
CREDIT CARD PURCHASES. Buyer may elect to pay any amounts due hereunder with a valid credit card. Buyer shall be required to pay amounts due hereunder with a credit card in the event Buyer's expenditures hereunder average $1,000 or less per month.
