Traffic Control The Surveyor shall control traffic in and near surveying operations adequately to comply with provisions of the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI which can be found on the State’s internet site. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.
Closeout of Equipment 1. At the end of the term of a Contract that has no additional renewals or that will not be renewed (Closeout), or when a Contract is otherwise terminated, Grantee will submit to the SUD email box, XxxxxxxxxXxxxx.Xxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx an inventory of equipment purchased with System Agency funds and request disposition instructions for such equipment.
2. All equipment purchased with System Agency funds must be secured by Grantee at the time of Closeout, or termination of this Contract, and must be disposed of according to the System Agency’s disposition instructions, which may include return of the equipment to System Agency or transfer of possession to another System Agency Grantee, at Xxxxxxx’s expense.
Data Input Control It will be possible to retrospectively examine and establish whether and by whom Personal Data have been entered, modified or removed from SAP data processing systems.
Supplier Diversity Seller shall comply with Xxxxx’s Supplier Diversity Program in accordance with Appendix V.
The Contractor must 16.1.1. treat all Authority Protected Information as confidential and safeguard it accordingly, implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Authority Protected Information against disclosure;
16.1.2. only use the Authority Protected Information for the purposes of performing its obligations under the Framework Agreement;
16.1.3. only disclose the Authority Protected Information to such Contractor Representatives that are directly involved in the performance of the Framework Agreement and need to know the information; and
16.1.4. not disclose any Authority Protected Information without the prior written consent of the Authority.
Contractor Records The Contractor shall make, keep, maintain, and, upon request, provide to the UCRC or its agents or designees a complete file of all materials or records required in Exhibit A, Verification Plan. This provision survives termination of this SCIA until completion of the Pilot Program.
Patient A patient is defined as those persons for whom the Physician shall provide Services, and who are signatories to, or listed on the documents attached as Appendix 1, and incorporated by reference, to this agreement.
Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing 5.2.1 The Parties shall jointly establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks between CLEC and CBT by which they will jointly provide Tandem-transported Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic from and to CLEC's Customers.
5.2.2 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access and non-translated Toll Free traffic (e.g., 800/888) to allow CLEC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier that is connected to the CBT access Tandem.
5.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be one-way or two-way trunks, as mutually agreed, connecting an End Office Switch that CLEC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access Service in the given LATA to an access Tandem Switch CBT utilizes to provide Exchange Access in the LATA.
Customer Ownership Customer owns and has sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, and appropriateness of all original data, content and information provided to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx in conjunction with the Services, and, when paid for, Customer will own all modified content and information as specified under the SOW (collectively the “Content,” which, together with the Customer’s trademarks or logos, are referred to as the “Customer Material).”
Third Party Verification 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project.
4.8.2 The third party may verify the construction works/operation of the Power Project being carried out by the SPD and if it is found that the construction works/operation of the Power Project is not as per the Prudent Utility Practices, it may seek clarifications from SPD or require the works to be stopped or to comply with the instructions of such third party.
