Customer Support Portal. The End user can contact Somnetics Support Team by telephone or e-mail during the Service Hours by giving the reference to the ticket number generated by the Customer Support Portal. The End user acknowledges that the rendering of the Support by Somnetics, within the Response Times mentioned below will depend on the information provided by the End user. Based on the information sent by the End user, Somnetics shall fix the Support Call category and provide the services herein covenanted as considered appropriate.
