Service Modification. In the event of a change to the legal and regulatory framework, a court decision, or a change to a contract affecting one of the Parties, the present Agreement will be amended. The procedure for implementing changes to the Agreement will be discussed and decided as part of the Monitoring Committee.
Service Modification. YoBod is always striving to improve the Service and bring you additional functionality that you will find engaging and useful. This means we may add new product features or enhancements from time to time as well as remove some features, and if these actions do not materially affect your rights or obligations, we may not provide you with notice before taking them. We may even suspend the Service entirely, in which event we will notify you in advance unless extenuating circumstances, such as safety or security concerns, prevent us from doing so.
Service Modification. The Service Provider may modify the Services or Deliverables in response to any claim of nonparty Intellectual Property infringement. If the Service Provider determines that it is not reasonably or commercially practicable to modify or obtain the right to use the allegedly infringing element, the Service Provider may terminate the Services or Deliverables or both on 90 days’ notice without liability except to refund amounts paid for unused Services (prorated as to parts of the Services or Deliverables terminated).

UnitedLayer may modify the Services in response to any claim of third-party Intellectual Property infringement, and if UnitedLayer determines that it is not reasonably or commercially practicable to modify or obtain the right to use the allegedly infringing element, UnitedLayer may terminate the Services on 90 days’ notice without liability except to refund amounts paid for unused Services (prorated as to portions of the Services).
Service Modification. You must request all service change requests. The following change requests can be completed via written requests, by completing the necessary forms at any ALIV store or by contacting the Customer Care Department by dialing 611: 1) address change, 2) customer requested suspension and reconnection, 3) rate plan change, 4) xxxx cycle change and feature requests. Service Fees, early termination fees and new activation fees may apply.

Service Modification. Company may discontinue, add to, or revise any or all aspects of the Service in Company’s sole discretion and without notice, including ancillary and support services. If Company undertakes any of these changes, Company will post modifications on the Company website and Company may, but is not required to, notify Subscriber by e-mail. If Subscriber does not agree with such changes, the Subscriber must cancel its subscription and stop using the Service prior to the effective date of such changes. Subscriber’s use of the Service after the effective date of such change(s) or additions constitutes Subscriber’s acceptance of such changes. In addition, (a) Company may take any action consistent with its Acceptable Use and Fair Access Policies (b) make available to third parties information relating to Company or its subscribers, subject to our Subscriber Privacy Policy, (c) withdraw, change, suspend, or discontinue any functionality of the Service and (d) limit access to the Service to prevent abusive consumption and ensure fair access for all classes of subscribers.
Service Modification. You are expressly prohibited from adapting, modifying, translating or creating any derivative works based in whole or in part on the Services unless you are authorized by OrthoGraph to do so.
Service Modification. At any time, you can contact the Member Services team to request changes to the content of your subscriptions, including your plans, by calling 000.000.0000. You remain responsible for any amounts due for the Services provided until the effective date of the change. Any channel selection must be maintained for a minimum of thirty (30) days. In addition, your choice must comply with our policies and the regulatory requirements of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) and programming providers. We cannot guarantee that the selected channels will remain available, and changes or withdrawals may occur at any time.
Service Modification. 12.1 DgNote reserves the sole and exclusive right to modify at any moment, even without notice, temporarily or permanently, the Services/Website. Unless otherwise indicated, any modification of the Services which alters the way in which the Services can be used and/or the launch of new services will be subject to and regulated by these T&Cs. The User acknowledges that the Services are provided on "as is" and "as available" basis, therefore DgNote does not assume any responsibility and makes no guarantee as to the use and availability of the Services.
