Customer Terms of Use. Partner may not provide the Customer with the Product(s), or permit the Customer to access or use the Product(s), except in accordance with the Customer Terms of Use. Partner shall ensure that its contract with the Customer requires the Customer to agree to and be bound by the Customer Terms of Use. Partner may not negotiate the Customer Terms of Use or agree to any conflicting, different or additional terms from those set out in the Customer Terms of Use. For greater certainty, the contract between Partner and Customer must contain a minimum initial subscription term of one year, and cannot auto renew.
Customer Terms of Use. You agree that you will use commercial reasonable efforts to ensure Users’ awareness of Menusifu Customer Terms of Use, and your use of Menusifu System and Services is subject to Menusifu Customer Terms of Use as in effect at the time.
Customer Terms of Use. Tribal has provided Content Partner with a Customer Terms of Services Agreement (“Customer TOS”) as of the date hereof, attached hereto as Exhibit A, applicable to Tribal customers of the Services (“Customers”) and Customer’s Authorized Users. Content Partner acknowledges that the Customer TOS is in form and substance acceptable to Content Partner. Tribal agrees to provide Content Partner with any additional terms and conditions of use, different or additional to the Customer TOS, that Tribal plans to distribute or publish with the Services and that will be applicable to the Licensed Content (“TOU”) prior to the TOU’s distribution or publication.
Customer Terms of Use. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this document and any Schedule, the terms and provisions of this document shall prevail, and Schedules shall prevail over other Schedules in the order listed above.
