Customer’s Representation. The Customer hereby represents that it intends to remain active in the crude oil business and to continue its historical practices of gathering, transporting, terminalling and storing crude oil on the System.
Customer’s Representation. The Customer represents that its annual consumption of electricity at the Premises has been, or in the case of new Premises, is estimated to be, more than the relevant consumption threshold contemplated by clauses 14.1 and 14.2.

Customer warrants that (i) Customer owns or has a license to use and has obtained all consents and approvals necessary for the provision and use of all of the Customer Data that is placed on, transmitted via or recorded by a Platform and the Services; (ii) the provision and use of Customer Data as contemplated by this Agreement and each Platform and the Services does not and shall not violate any Customer privacy policy, terms-of-use or other agreement to which Customer is a party or any law or regulation to which Customer is subject to; and (iii) no Customer Data will include social security numbers or other government-issued identification numbers, financial account numbers, credit card or debit card numbers, credit report information or other personal financial information, health or medical information or other information that is subject to international, federal, state, or local laws or ordinances now or hereafter enacted regarding data protection or privacy.
Customer’s Representation. ☐ Sales Tax Exemption: Customer represents and certifies that all material, merchandise, or goods purchased by the Customer from Hikvision after the Effective Date are purchased for the following purpose: • Sale, as is, in Customer’s regular business operations • Sale as a physical part of another product, or • Use for demonstration or display while holding it for sale in Customer’s business Customer acknowledges and agrees that the above representation and certification shall be incorporated into each purchase order placed by Customer and shall continue in force until being revoked by the Customer. Customer shall provide Hikvision with a valid seller’s permit and resale certificate at the time of placing the purchase order to avoid being charged sales tax. Customer assumes full responsibility for remitting state sales taxes as appropriate and Hikvision will not invoice for such taxes as indicated by the seller’s permit and resale certificate provided.
Customer’s Representation. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTOF RISKS AND WARRANTIES You represent to us that all information supplied by you in connection with the opening of your account, including the Customer Account Application, is accurate and complete, and that we are legally entitled to rely on such information and you agree to report promptly to us any material change in such information. You represent to us that you have read and understand all risk disclosure statements that we have provided to you and understand that all transactions effected for your account are at your risk and that you solely liable therefore under all circumstances. Client hereby acknowledges that client is willing and financially able to sustain such losses and that the trading of derivative futures and option contracts is a suitable investment vehicle for client. Client agrees and acknowledges that in entering into futures and option contracts, client will rely solely on his/her judgment. Client also agrees not to slander CAMBRIDGE INT reputation via public media or the world-wide web. Client further represents that client has not received or relied upon any statement, either written or oral, tending to minimize the risks inherent in trading futures and option contracts or otherwise guaranteeing or assuring that such transactions will be profitable in deciding to open an account with CAMBRIDGE INT and to engage in derivative futures or option transactions. You agree to inform us immediately if you cease to be willing or financially able to sustain such losses.
