Access to the Equipment. During the continuance of the Agreement the Customer shall, or as applicable take reasonable measures to ensure any End User shall:
(1) provide the Company with full and safe access to the Equipment for the purposes of the Agreement;
(2) provide adequate working space around the Equipment for the use of the Company’s personnel and shall make available such reasonable facilities as may be requested from time to time by the Company for the storage and safekeeping of test equipment and spare parts;
(3) where practicable, provide a suitable vehicle parking facility for use by the Company’s personnel which is free from any legal restrictions and is close to the relevant Site;
(4) ensure in the interest of health and safety that the Company’s personnel, while at the relevant Site for the purposes of the Agreement, are at all times accompanied by a member of the Customer’s or End User’s (as applicable) staff familiar with the Site and safety procedures.
Access to the Equipment. The Customer must allow the Owner or its representative to enter any place where any Equipment is located to inspect the condition of the Equipment, ensure that the terms of this Agreement are being complied with, or exercise any of the Owner’s rights under this Agreement.
Access to the Equipment. The Customer will permit Vidcom NZ its servants or agents to enter the premises where the Equipment is located for the purposes of inspection, repair, adjustment or collection of the Equipment.
Access to the Equipment. Customer shall ensure that Copper Mountain has access to the Equipment, including, but not limited to, a high speed modem, a telephone line for dial-up access and an operator ID and password If on-site access is required to service or repair the Equipment, Customer shall ensure that Copper Mountain has physical site access to the Equipment as necessary to perform such service or repair.
Access to the Equipment. (a ) Quality Propane may without prior notice enter Customer’s property to deliver propane or to install repair, service or remove the tank or cylinder or any Related Equipment provided to Customer by Quality Propane or to perform any other services that it deems necessary under this agreement. Customer agrees to provide Quality Propane with safe, free and impeded access to the tank or cylinder and Related Equipment, including, but not limited to, free of ice, snow, water, mud and other debris. Customer will mark or otherwise identify the location of septic systems, xxxxx pits, and underground ponds. (b ) Customer agrees to promptly surrender to Quality Propane the tank or cylinder and Related Equipment when this agreement is terminated for any reason. (c ) Paragraph 9 shall survive termination of Customer’s relationship with Quality Propane.
Access to the Equipment. During the Lease Term, Landlord agrees that Tenant shall have access to the Equipment Space as provided in this License for the purpose of installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removing the Equipment, provided however, that such access shall be limited to authorized employees and agents of Tenant, or persons under their direct supervision. Upon request, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a list of Tenant’s authorized employees and agents prior to any access to the Equipment Space, and those persons shall be required to give 48 hours’ minimum advance notice prior to such access (except in case of an Emergency). Landlord shall have no responsibility or liability for the conduct or safety of any of Tenant’s representatives, or repair, maintenance, and engineering personnel while in any part of the Building Project or the Equipment Space; it being understood and agreed that Tenant shall be solely liable for any injury to or death of any such person from any cause other than the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord.
Access to the Equipment. (a) Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, TBITEC shall operate the Aeronautical Equipment for the benefit of all Air Carriers operating at the Terminals for the purposes described herein, and shall afford all Air Carriers access to the Aeronautical Equipment and Company Property on a non-discriminatory basis, subject to non-discriminatory reasonable rules, regulations and fees established by TBITEC and approved by the Chief Executive Officer, or his or her designee.
(b) TBITEC shall require, as a condition to the use of the Aeronautical Equipment or any part of the Aeronautical Equipment, that Non-Member Air Carriers execute an Equipment Use Agreement with TBITEC and that Handlers execute an Equipment Access Agreement with TBITEC. The Equipment Use Agreement shall contain at least the following terms: (i) the fee for the use of the Aeronautical Equipment; (ii) insurance requirements; (iii) indemnification of City; and (iv) terms of use of the Aeronautical Equipment. The form of Equipment Use Agreement approved by the Chief Executive Officer is attached hereto as Exhibit G. All amendments to the Equipment Use Agreement shall be subject to the prior approval of the Chief Executive Officer or his or her designee, not to be unreasonably withheld. The Equipment Access Agreement shall contain at least the following terms: (i) the fee for the handling of Aeronautical Equipment; (ii) insurance requirements; (iii) indemnification of City; and (iv) terms of handling of the Aeronautical Equipment, including any license or permit requirements. The form of Equipment Access Agreement approved by the Chief Executive Officer is attached hereto as Exhibit H. Subject to Section 5.03, TBITEC shall notify City of any proposed amendments to the Equipment Access Agreement. TBITEC shall remain responsible to City for the quality and performance of all Handler’s services. Each Equipment Access Agreement Amended and Restated TBITEC 22 Lease and License Agreement
Access to the Equipment. The Customer will permit Corporate AV Services Ltd its servants or agents to enter the premises where the Equipment is located for the purposes of inspection, repair, adjustment or collection of the Equipment.
Access to the Equipment. Customer will allow SecurTek access to the Equipment at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection, maintenance and any other purpose contemplated by this Agreement or where SecurTek is required access to Equipment in such cases where system is causing signal disruption at a SecurTek monitoring station.
Access to the Equipment. The Licensor agrees that the Licensee shall have access to the Equipment Space twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week for the purpose of installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, supplementing and removing the Equipment. Except in the case of an emergency, in order to gain access to the Equipment Space, the Licensee shall give to the Licensor at least 24-hour prior written notice requesting access.
