Daily Schedules for External Commercial Trade. Nominations for Day D relating to Physical Transmission Rights for Import and Export for the period defined in EU HAR for the BE-GB Border shall, where appropriate, be submitted and amended by [BRP] on the RNP in accordance with the Channel Region Long-Term Nomination Rules. If the BE-GB Long-Term Nomination Rules apply for the BE-GB Border, without prejudice to the above paragraph, [BRP] shall submit and amend Nominations for Day D with regard to Physical Transmission Rights in its External Commercial Trade Schedule, on the RNP in line with these rules. In the context of Market Coupling, implicit Day-Ahead External Commercial Trade Schedules shall be submitted by the Shipping Agent for the Border in question. With regard to the BE-GB Border, the Day-Ahead External Commercial Trade Schedules shall be submitted on the Shipping Agent's behalf with respect to the implicit Market Coupling for this Border. If the daily capacity for Import and Export cannot be allocated through Market Coupling, the Day- Ahead External Commercial Trade Schedules for Day D with respect to Physical Transmission Rights shall be submitted to Xxxx and may be amended by [BRP] in accordance with Elia’s instructions, depending on the daily capacity allocated at the explicit auctions at the relevant Borders, as per the Shadow Allocation Rules published on the auction platform’s website. At the BE-GB Border, the Day-Ahead External Commercial Trade Schedules with respect to Physical Transmission Rights for this Border allocated at explicit auctions shall, where appropriate, be submitted and may be amended by [BRP] on the RNP in accordance with the BE-GB Day-Ahead Nomination Rules. With regard to the Intraday allocation of Physical Transmission Rights for Import and/or Export between the Scheduling Area operated by Xxxx and another Scheduling Area, Intraday External Commercial Trade Schedules shall be integrated by Xxxx into [BRP]'s Balancing Perimeter on [BRP]'s behalf after the Intraday Cross-Zonal Gate Closure Time. With regard to the BE-GB Border, the Intraday External Commercial Trade Schedules shall be submitted on the Shipping Agent's behalf with respect to the implicit Market Coupling for this Border. At the BE-GB Border, where appropriate and without prejudice to the previous paragraph, the External Commercial Trade Schedules concerning Physical Transmission Rights allocated at explicit auctions in accordance with the BE-GB Intraday Explicit Auction Rules shall be submitted and may ...

  • PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION A. The evaluations of school year employees covered by this agreement shall be completed no later than May 30 of each school year for 9-month employees and by June 30 for 10/12-month employees.   • Mechanisms for Cooperation 1. Pursuant to Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties hereby establish a Committee on Cooperation comprising representatives of each Party. 2. The Parties will designate nationals contact points to facilitate communication on possible cooperation activities. The contact points will work with government agencies, business sector representatives and educational and research institutions for the operation of this Chapter. 3. The Parties shall use diplomatic channels to promote dialogue and cooperation consistent with this Agreement. 4. The Committee shall have the following functions: (a) to monitor and assess the progress in implementing of the cooperation projects agreed by the Parties; (b) to establish rules and procedures for the conduct of its work; (c) to make recommendations of the cooperation activities under this Chapter, in accordance with the strategic priorities of the Parties; and (d) to review through regular reporting from the Parties, the operation of this Chapter and the application and fulfillment of its objectives between the relevant institutions of the Parties.

  • Development of Common Reporting and Exchange Model The Parties are committed to working with Partner Jurisdictions and the Organisation for Economic Co- operation and Development on adapting the terms of this Agreement and other agreements between the United States and Partner Jurisdictions to a common model for automatic exchange of information, including the development of reporting and due diligence standards for financial institutions.

  • Responsibility for Evaluation Within each school the Principal will be responsible for the evaluation of employees assigned to that school. Evaluation will be made by the Principal or a qualified administrator. An employee assigned to more than one school will be evaluated by the Principal of the school in which the employee is assigned for the greater amount of time, with input provided by the Principal of the other school. Any Principal or person charged with the responsibility of evaluation of employees may involve other staff and students in the process if acceptable to the certificated teacher being evaluated.

  • PROCEDURES FOR CONDUCTING NEGOTIATIONS Either party may request negotiations for a successor Agreement by issuing a notice to negotiate to the other party between one hundred twenty (120) and ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement. The State Employment Relations Board will also be notified of the intent to open negotiations at this time. Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of said notice, representatives of the parties shall meet and submit proposals for the successor Agreement. Said proposals shall be comprehensive in nature and no additional issues shall be introduced after the first session without mutual agreement. Subsequent bargaining sessions shall be set at times and dates as are mutually agreed to by the teams. Negotiation teams will be limited to five (5) members each. Both sides may agree to change this size by mutual agreement. Negotiation sessions shall be conducted in executive session; however, this does not prohibit the flow of information to either party’s constituency. The style of bargaining shall be mutually decided by the parties prior to negotiations. Upon request of either bargaining team, a bargaining session may be recessed to permit a caucus. When negotiations are conducted during regular school hours, release time shall be provided for the Association’s bargaining team. (Reference: Article 18) There shall be three (3) signed copies of the final agreement. One (1) copy shall be retained by the Board, one (1) by the Association, and one (1) shall be submitted to the State Employment Relations Board. As tentative agreement is reached on each issue, it shall be so noted and initialed by each party. When consensus is reached covering the areas under discussion, the proposed Agreement shall be reduced to writing as a tentative agreement and submitted to the Association and the Board for approval. Following approval by the Association and Board, a contract shall be entered into by both parties. The Association and the Board agree to abide by the terms of the Agreement. The final Agreement, as adopted by the Board and ratified by the Association, will be printed and presented within thirty (30) days. The cost of such printing, including labor and material shall be borne by the Board In the event an agreement is not reached after forty-five (45) days from the first bargaining session, either of the parties shall have the option of requesting the assistance of a federal mediator under the guidelines of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. In the event that the services of a mediator are called upon, the mediation process will last twenty-one

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • Teams One team for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Team to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law. Vehicles: Rickshaws The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the “Borrowing Agreementâ€) with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point up to 3 days after the date of the official Finish Line Party, then the team will be liable for either the cost to retrieve the Vehicle and/or the "Hire Costs" beyond this date. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.
