Daily Services Periods. The “Daily Services Periods” will mean one of the following daily time periods, excluding Cofense company observed holidays: North America Customers: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET EMEA Customers: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM GMT APAC Customers: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM AET Any Customer located outside of the regions above will be served according to one of the above options as determined by Cofense and notified to Customer prior to the start of the Services. 24/7 Customers: Sunday – Saturday, 12:00 AM – 11:59 PM GMT Fees and Invoicing. If any fees are payable for the Service(s), these shall be set forth in the applicable Order.

Related to Daily Services Periods

  • Meal Periods (a) Meal periods shall be scheduled as close as possible to the middle of the scheduled hours of work. The length of the meal period shall be agreed to at the local level and shall be not less than 30 minutes nor more than 60 minutes. (b) An employee shall be entitled to take their meal period away from the workstation. Where this cannot be done, the meal period shall be considered as time worked.

  • Ongoing Services It is important to review every investment you hold and at regular intervals. At the time of, or prior to, our recommendation to you we will discuss our on-going service proposition.
