Implementation and Training. Menusifu provides free online support for the implementation of and free online training for the Menusifu System upon your purchase. Any onsite implementation and training will be billed in accordance with the then current implementation invoicing policy.
Implementation and Training. (a) If Customer orders any implementation, training, or other Services related to the Subscription Products, including services related to configuring interface connectivity to the Property-based systems and testing prior to production use of the Subscription Product; then the provisions of this Section 4 will apply.
(b) Amadeus will perform the Services and Customer will pay Amadeus the fees designated in the Order. Customer will also reimburse Amadeus for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses actually incurred by Amadeus in performance of the Services, which include but are not limited to travel expenses, per diem and mileage.
(c) Services will be provided during normal business hours. Any work performed at Customer’s request on a holiday, weekend, or more than nine (9) hours in a single day will be charged at Amadeus’s prevailing overtime rates. Amadeus will advise Customer before any overtime charges are incurred.
(d) Customer acknowledges that Amadeus schedules resources in advance and that Amadeus would incur significant expenses, including downtime of those resources, if scheduled Services are canceled, delayed, or rescheduled within thirty (30) days of the scheduled Service date i) by Customer for its convenience; or ii) due to Customer delay or being unprepared for performance of the Service(s). As such, in the event of any such cancellation, delay, or rescheduling, Amadeus may: i) assess a cancellation fee of eighty percent (80%) of the total price of the scheduled Service if Amadeus cannot reschedule the resources to a chargeable project for an alternative customer; ii) charge Customer for any non-refundable airline fees, change fees or other nonrefundable travel and related expenses unused due to the delay.
(e) Amadeus reserves the right to suspend or re-schedule any Services if customer is delinquent on any non-disputed payment obligations to Amadeus.
Implementation and Training. Instinct Innovations shall initiate the implementation of the Redbook Software for the Subscriber which might include creating the segregated hosting environment and effecting necessary interfaces for the Redbook Software upon mutual agreement between the parties. The start date of the subscription period shall be referred to as the “Commencement Date” which shall be upon installation of the same. Further, the Subscriber shall conduct the necessary training for the Subscriber’s Authorized Users (as defined below) and the administrator of the Redbook Software with respect to the use and operation of all modules or components of Redbook Software (“Implementation and Training”). The Subscriber shall ensure the availability of the Authorized Users for the referred training. The details of the Implementation and Training shall be as provided under Exhibit A.
Implementation and Training. At Customer’s request, Promapp may provide, for a separate Fee, implementation or training services. The Fee for those services will be included on the applicable Order Form or, where those services are provided on a time and materials basis, Promapp will provide an estimate of the costs.
Implementation and Training. A Cofense consultant will perform the following, either on-site at Customer’s facilities or remotely as mutually agreed by the Parties:
i. Conduct a kickoff meeting to discuss the implementation and training process.
ii. Provide guidance to the customer on installation and configuration of Cofense Triage in the Customer’s environment.
iii. Configure Customer’s existing suspicious email reporting inbox with Cofense Triage and integrate all trusted roots and establish a signed certificate.
iv. Perform initial customized configuration of Cofense Triage for efficient analysis of reported suspicious emails.
v. Discuss and establish Cofense Triage administration and maintenance tasks for best practices.
vi. Provide Customer training on the following items:
1. Administration and maintenance of Cofense Triage within the environment
Implementation and Training. A Cofense consultant will perform the following, either on-site at Customer’s facilities or remotely as mutually agreed by the Parties:
i. Conduct a kickoff meeting to discuss the implementation and training process.
ii. Install and configure Cofense Triage in the Customer’s environment.
iii. Configure Customer’s existing suspicious email reporting inbox with Cofense Triage and integrate all trusted roots and establish a signed certificate.
iv. Perform initial customized configuration of Cofense Triage for efficient analysis of reported suspicious emails.
v. Discuss and establish Cofense Triage administration and maintenance tasks for best practices.
vi. Provide Customer training on the following items:
1. Administration and maintenance of Cofense Triage within the environment
2. Analysis of reported email and clusters
3. Notifications and process integrations
4. Customizing responses to reported emails to Customer’s environment
5. Success criteria and reporting

Implementation and Training a. Implementation Phases and Stages Contractor shall complete each Stage of the Implementation as described in the RFP and Proposal, the Work Plan and this Contract.
