DAILY WORK REPORTS. The Contractor shall fill out and return each week to the District Representative, a Weekly Work Report, including any and all photographs take of entire reject poles. This report must be sent to these three District representatives; Xxxx Xxxx (xxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx), Xxxx Xxxxxx (xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx), and Xxxx Xxxxxxxx (xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx).

DAILY WORK REPORTS. Daily work reports and time allocation will be completed by crew foremen. Loop wagon leadmen will complete time allocation or daily work reports.
DAILY WORK REPORTS. 4.3.9.1.1 On a daily basis, and in the conditions established by the Inspection, the Supplier, in collaboration with and under the supervision of the person in charge of such Inspection, shall carry out the measurement of the supplies and services performed in compliance with the Contract. 4.3.9.1.2 Within the next two (2) days, the Supplier shall prepare the Daily Work Report with said measurements, also complying with the indications formulated by the person in charge of the Inspection, and submit it to the latter for verification and approval. 4.3.9.1.3 The Daily Work Reports that are not presented within their term shall be delayed in their consideration in the same number of days as those that were calculated as having been delayed in their delivery. 4.3.9.1.4 In the event of discrepancies, the Daily Work Report shall still be transmitted, adjusting it exclusively to the results obtained by the Inspection. 4.3.9.1.5 The monthly summary of the Daily Work Reports approved during that calendar month and valued with the prices from the bid, is called “Work and Services Certificate”.
DAILY WORK REPORTS. 9.4.9.1.1. On a daily basis, and according to the terms agreed for the Inspection, the Supplier, together with and under the supervision of the inspector, shall measure the supplies and services performed in compliance with the Contract. 9.4.9.1.2. Within two (2) days, the Supplier shall prepare the Daily Work Report specifying such measurements, according to the instructions given by the Inspector, and shall submit such Report to the Inspector for review and approval. 9.4.9.1.3. The review of any Daily Work Report submitted after the deadline shall be postponed for the same number of days of delay of its submission. 9.4.9.1.4. In case of any discrepancy, the Daily Work Report shall be delivered only adapting it to the results of the Review. 9.4.9.1.5. The monthly overview of the Daily Work Reports approved during the calendar month and valued with the prices of the offer is called “Certificate of Work and Services”.

  • Usage Reports The Contractor shall submit usage reports on an annual basis to the assigned Deputy Purchasing Agent of the County of Orange user agency/department. The usage report shall be in a format specified by the user agency/department and shall be submitted 90 days prior to the expiration date of the contract term, or any subsequent renewal term, if applicable.

  • Research Reports Distributor acknowledges that Dealer may prepare research reports relating to the Fund that are not to be used for marketing purposes (“Research Reports”). Distributor hereby authorizes Dealer to use the name of the Fund, Distributor and BREDS in Research Reports.

  • Commission Reports (a) The Company shall file with the Trustee, within 30 days after it files them with the Commission, copies of the quarterly and annual reports and of the information, documents, and other reports (or copies of such portions of any of the foregoing as the Commission may by rules and regulations prescribe) which the Company is required to file with the Commission pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act. If the Company is not subject to the requirement of such Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act, the Company shall file with the Trustee, within 30 days after it would have been required to file such information with the Commission, financial statements, including any notes thereto and, with respect to annual reports, an auditors' report by an accounting firm of established national reputation and a "Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations," both comparable to that which the Company would have been required to include in such annual reports, information, documents or other reports if the Company had been subject to the requirements of such Sections 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act. The Company also shall comply with the other provisions of Section 314(a) of the Trust Indenture Act. (b) So long as the Securities remain outstanding, the Company shall cause its annual report to stockholders and any other financial reports furnished by it to stockholders generally, to be mailed to the Holders at their addresses appearing in the register of Securities maintained by the Security Registrar in each case at the time of such mailing or furnishing to stockholders. If the Company is not required to furnish annual or quarterly reports to its stockholders pursuant to the Exchange Act, the Company shall cause its financial statements, including any notes thereto and, with respect to annual reports, an auditors' report by an accounting firm of established national reputation and a "Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations," to be so filed with the Trustee and mailed to the Holders within 90 days after the end of each of the Company's fiscal years and within 45 days after the end of each of the first three quarters of each fiscal year. (c) The Company shall provide the Trustee with a sufficient number of copies of all reports and other documents and information that the Company may be required to deliver to the Holders under this Section 1007.

  • Construction Reports Each Constructing Entity shall issue reports to each other Construction Party on a monthly basis, and at such other times as reasonably requested, regarding the status of the construction and installation of the Interconnection Facilities. Each Construction Party shall promptly identify, and shall notify each other Construction Party of, any event that the Construction Party reasonably expects may delay completion, or may significantly increase the cost, of the Interconnection Facilities. Should a Construction Party report such an event, Transmission Provider shall, within fifteen days of such notification, convene a technical meeting of the Construction Parties to evaluate schedule alternatives.

  • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.

  • Progress Reports and Invoices The goals of this subtask are to: (1) periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the project objectives of this Agreement; and (2) ensure that invoices contain all required information and are submitted in the appropriate format. • Submit a monthly Progress Report to the CAM.   • Technical Reports All technical reports are to be prepared jointly by the Recipient/Institution conducting Work and all collaborating institutions or as deemed acceptable by the Centre’s contact.

  • Project Reports The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Association. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Association not later than one month after the end of the period covered by such report.

  • Inspection Reports A "full inspection report" comprises a Site Master File (compiled by the manufacturer or by the inspectorate) and a narrative report by the inspectorate. A "detailed report" responds to specific queries about a firm by the other Party.

  • Development Reports Beginning six months after Effective Date and ending on the date of first commercial sale of a Licensed Product in the United States, LICENSEE shall report to Cornell progress covering LICENSEE's (and Affiliate's and Sublicensee's) activities and efforts in the development of rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement for the preceding six months. The report shall include, but not be limited to, activities and efforts to develop and test all Licensed Products and obtain governmental approvals necessary for marketing the same. Such semi-annual reports shall be due within sixty days (60) of the reporting period and shall use the form as provided herein as Appendix C.
