Damage and Breakages. 19.5.1 The Hirer is responsible for the full replacement costs of any breakages or damages to the building, its fittings and contents and the surrounds that are caused by themselves, staff, or their guests/visitors/clients/customers.

Damage and Breakages. The Hall reserves the right to cease the Function at any time without compensation in the event that any of the furnishings or fixtures are damaged. The Hall and/or any of its officers shall not be liable for loss or damage sustained by the Hirer for any article belonging to them or those attending the function by reason of any such article being lost, damaged or stolen. The Hirer is fully responsible for full replacement cost for any damage or breakage to the Premises and/or its contents. Any such damage must be reported immediately to the Hall.

Parking, Noise and Surrounding Residents o Noise must be no louder than an acceptable level according to law (not exceeding background noise level by more than 5dB (A) between 7:00am and 12:00am). o NO amplified music or noise after 10:00 pm. o Hirers are to respect our neighbours and encourage their guests / visitors / clients / customers / staff to leave quietly. o Limited parking is available at each of the venues. Please respect the use of bays marked for disabled parking (where they do exist), and keep all driveways and access areas clear at all times. o ALL access and egress points MUST be kept clear at all times. Vehicles must NOT obstruct access to this or any other driveways in the vicinity.

Line Marking Prior to the commencement of each designated season, the Council will semi-permanently mark all required Sports Field lines. Line painting for specific events is the responsibility of the organisation. Only the Council approved water based paint or powder shall be used for the line marking. The use of poisons for line marking is prohibited. Hiring Clubs / Organisations will be responsible for any reinstatement cost associated with damage caused by application of line painting and marking not approved by Council.
