Damage and Breakages. The Hall reserves the right to cease the Function at any time without compensation in the event that any of the furnishings or fixtures are damaged. The Hall and/or any of its officers shall not be liable for loss or damage sustained by the Hirer for any article belonging to them or those attending the function by reason of any such article being lost, damaged or stolen. The Hirer is fully responsible for full replacement cost for any damage or breakage to the Premises and/or its contents. Any such damage must be reported immediately to the Hall.
Damage and Breakages a) All breakages or damage to the facility sustained during the Hirer’s use of the facility must be immediately reported to Council’s Customer Contact centre on 0000 0000 and notify the Bookings Team via the online Venue Hirer Sign Out Form (refer to the Induction Pack). Photographic evidence can be uploaded to the form.
b) The Hirer will be liable for the full replacement or repair cost of any damage, breakages or loss caused to the facility, equipment, fittings, contents and the surrounding grounds. This includes any damage to fixtures (including tv’s) or artwork on exhibition in the Community Gallery Space which will be charged back to the Hirer to cover cost to repair or replace.
c) Council reserves the right to invoice the Hirer to cover the costs associated to repair any damage incurred.

19.5.3 Hirer must advise if the fire extinguishers have been used in any way. If equipment is used in an irresponsible manner, the cost of inspection and replenishing will be added to the Hirer’s monthly account.
Damage and Breakages o The hirer is responsible for the full replacement costs of any breakages, damages to or losses from the building, its fittings and contents and the surrounding grounds – weather caused by themselves, their staff, or their guests / visitors / clients / customers / staff. o Any and all breakages to the building, its fittings, contents and or any furniture or equipment supplied by Community Services #1 must be reported to Community Services #1 as soon as possible. o The hirer must advise if fire extinguishers and/or any other emergency equipment have been used in any way. o If any of this equipment is used in an irresponsible manner, the cost of inspection and replenishing will be charged to the hirer. o Noise must be no louder than an acceptable level according to law (not exceeding background noise level by more than 5dB (A) between 7:00am and 12:00am). o NO amplified music or noise after 10:00 pm. o Hirers are to respect our neighbours and encourage their guests / visitors / clients / customers / staff to leave quietly. o Limited parking is available at each of the venues. Please respect the use of bays marked for disabled parking (where they do exist), and keep all driveways and access areas clear at all times. o ALL access and egress points MUST be kept clear at all times. Vehicles must NOT obstruct access to this or any other driveways in the vicinity.

If fire equipment is used for other than an emergency situation, the cost of inspection and replenishing will be deducted from the bond. • All breakages must be reported to the Hall Manager as soon as possible. The facility is located in a residential area. Therefore, it is expected that the surrounding residents be respected. The hirer is responsible for the preservation of good order during and following the hire of the facility. Vehicles should not obstruct access to driveways or restrict parking in the street. All music and noise levels must be kept at an acceptable level (not offensive to neighbours). Music must cease at 11:00 pm on Fridays or Saturdays and 10 pm on other days as per EPA Prohibited times for residential noise. The facility and car park must be clear by 12:00 midnight and noise kept to a minimum whilst packing up.
Damage and Breakages. 7.1. You are responsible for paying to remedy any breakages or damage you cause to the cottage and its contents. Please report these as soon as possible during your stay or we reserve the right to send you an invoice which will also include an administration charge of £25.00.
7.2. Occasional damage and breakage is unavoidable and for this reason we do not normally charge for minor breakages (e.g. glassware, crockery) provided these are reported before you leave (there is no need to report minor breakages immediately).

In the event of damage to the property you will on an indemnity basis reimburse Xxxxx Xxxxxx the cost of the repairing the damage. In the case of breakages you will on an indemnity basis reimburse Xxxxx Xxxxxx the cost of replacing (as new) or repairing the damaged item or items. Please report damages/breakages to Xxxxx Xxxxxx before you leave.

The Hirer is responsible for the full replacement cost of any breakage, defect or damage to a building / facility, sports field, or any fixture connected with the sports ground occasioned by any act, neglect, want of care or misuse or abuse on the part of the Club or any person claiming through or under the Club. The Club shall immediately notify the Committee of Management of such breakages, damage or injury and shall repair or replace the same in a manner and to a standard required by the Committee of Management, or shall pay to the Committee of Management the cost of so doing. The hirer must assist the Committee of Management in completing an Incident Report if deemed necessary by the Committee. Hirers are responsible for maintaining their own contents insurance for their property whilst left at these premises. The hirer must advise if the fire extinguishers have been used in anyway. If fire equipment is used in an irresponsible manner, the cost of inspection and replenishing will be deducted from the bond. Prior to the commencement of each designated season, the Council will semi-permanently mark all required Sports Field lines. Line painting for specific events is the responsibility of the organisation. Only the Council approved water based paint or powder shall be used for the line marking. The use of poisons for line marking is prohibited. Hiring Clubs / Organisations will be responsible for any reinstatement cost associated with damage caused by application of line painting and marking not approved by Council.
