Dangerous/Prohibited Goods. 8.1. Dangerous/Prohibited Goods include, but are not limited to: Drones, Fireworks, glass bottles and cups, alcohol, knives, weapons of any sort. Goods intended for sale. Unauthorised products intended for giveaways. Use of Drones is banned at Crankworx Cairns by ticket purchases. 8.2. Patrons will be subject to a bag check on entry to the venue. Any items deemed to be potentially dangerous or prohibited will be confiscated and disposed of by security personnel. Confiscation of goods may also lead to expulsion of the patron from the venue.

Dangerous/Prohibited Goods. No article shall be permitted on board the aircraft, either as baggage or otherwise which can not be transported in accordance with the Lessor’s published regulations and applicable laws and Government regulations, or which, in opinion of the Lessor would endanger the safety of the flight or would not be suitable for transportation on the aircraft. In case of any damage caused to Lessor by the Lessee from this act, Lessee will be responsible to compensate and Lessor will not have any responsibility.

You are not permitted to bring into the Event (or have in your possession at the Event) any of the following without the written consent of the Event Organiser: 8.3.1. alcoholic beverages, glass containers or open beverage containers; 8.3.2. any structure or item that may be used to erect a structure (including without limitation ‘market’ or ‘beach’ umbrellas or similar large umbrellas, portable shade structures or gazebos), or which is capable of supporting the weight of a person, such as any chairs, lounges, benches or stools (other than a folding fabric chair or folding fabric stool); 8.3.3. prohibited weapons or controlled weapons whose possession would constitute an offence under any legislation or articles capable of being used as weapons or anything which may be used in a way which adversely affects the safety of persons 8.3.4. any object that could be used to distract, hinder or interfere with any competitor or person taking part in the Event, or disrupt, interrupt or behave in any manner that may disrupt or interrupt the Event, whether intentionally or otherwise, such as a laser pointer device (or a device incorporating a laser pointer) or a drone; 8.3.5. any flags larger than 1 metre x 1 metre or with handles longer than 1 metre or any banner; 8.3.6. any whistle, loud hailer, public address system, electronic or other broadcast device or any device which may interfere with electronic or radio communications or broadcasting signals or equipment used by Event Organiser or other persons authorised by Event Organiser in connection with an Event; 8.3.7. any fireworks, flares or distress signals; 8.3.8. any item that you intend (or such quantities of the item from which Event Organiser can reasonably infer that you intend) to distribute, hawk, sell, offer or expose for sale; 8.3.G. any dangerous goods as defined under applicable legislation; 8.3.10. any object, device or substance that may be used to deface or damage any part of the Event...
