Dangerous/Prohibited Goods. 8.1. Dangerous/Prohibited Goods include, but are not limited to: Drones, Fireworks, glass bottles and cups, alcohol, knives, weapons of any sort. Goods intended for sale. Unauthorised products intended for giveaways. Use of Drones is banned at Crankworx Cairns by ticket purchases. 8.2. Patrons will be subject to a bag check on entry to the venue. Any items deemed to be potentially dangerous or prohibited will be confiscated and disposed of by security personnel. Confiscation of goods may also lead to expulsion of the patron from the venue.

Dangerous/Prohibited Goods. No article shall be permitted on board the aircraft, either as baggage or otherwise which can not be transported in accordance with the Lessor’s published regulations and applicable laws and Government regulations, or which, in opinion of the Lessor would endanger the safety of the flight or would not be suitable for transportation on the aircraft. In case of any damage caused to Lessor by the Lessee from this act, Lessee will be responsible to compensate and Lessor will not have any responsibility.

  • HAZARDOUS PRACTICES No barbeque grills of any kind are permitted on balconies or in the unit. No open flame or candle burning is permitted on balconies or in the unit.   • Infectious Diseases The Employer and the Union desire to arrest the spread of infectious diseases in the nursing home. To achieve this objective, the Joint Health and Safety Committee may review and offer input into infection control programs and protocols including surveillance, outbreak control, isolation, precautions, worker education and training, and personal protective equipment. The Employer will provide training and ongoing education in communicable disease recognition, use of personal protective equipment, decontamination of equipment, and disposal of hazardous waste.

  • No Hazardous Materials (A) have been disposed of or otherwise released from any Real Property of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in violation of any Environmental Laws; or (B) are present on, over, beneath, in or upon any Real Property or any portion thereof in quantities that would constitute a violation of any Environmental Laws. No prior use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries of any Real Property has occurred that violates any Environmental Laws, which violation would have a material adverse effect on the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences The Hirer must report all accidents involving injury to the public to a member of the Village Hall management committee as soon as possible and complete the relevant section in the Village Hall’s accident book. Any failure of equipment belonging to the Village Hall or brought in by the Hirer must also be reported as soon as possible. Certain types of accident or injury must be reported on a special form to the local authority. The Hall Secretary will give assistance in completing this form. This is in accordance with the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR).
