Data flows. 6.1. Without prejudice to the generality of clause 3, CONTROLLER will ensure that it has all necessary appropriate consents and notices in place to enable lawful transfer of personal data to PROCESSOR for the duration and purposes of this Agreement.

Data flows. This is a one-way flow of data from Public Health Scotland to Police Scotland by secure file transfer. There is no transfer of special category personal data.
Data flows. 10.1 The Data Processor has prepared the detailed overview of the data flows entailed by the Data Processor’s performance of the Agreement set out in Exhibit 2 (Data Flows) and undertakes to update Exhibit 2 following any changes in the data flow during the term of the DPA.
