DATA PROCESSOR PERSONNEL. Access to Personal Data by Data Processor will be limited to personnel who require such access to perform Data Processor’s obligations under the Agreement and who are bound by obligations to maintain the confidentiality of such Personal Data at least as protective as those set forth herein and in the Agreement.

DATA PROCESSOR PERSONNEL. Druva shall ensure that its personnel engaged in the Processing of Personal Data are informed of the confidential nature of the Personal Data, have received appropriate training regarding their responsibilities, and have executed written confidentiality agreements. Druva shall ensure that Druva’s access to Personal Data is limited to those personnel assisting in the provision of the Cloud Services in accordance with the Customer Agreement.

DATA PROCESSOR PERSONNEL. 5.1. The Data Processor must make Personal Data available only to those personnel performing Services in accordance with the Agreements.
DATA PROCESSOR PERSONNEL. To the extent permissible under applicable law, the Data Processor shall conduct an appropriate background investigation of all employees or contractors of the Data Processor and who may have access to Personal Data [hereinafter: “Data Processor Personnel”], prior to allowing them such access. If the background investigation reveals that the Data Processor Personnel are not suited to access Personal Data, then the Data Processor shall not provide the Data Processor Personnel with access to Personal Data. The Data Processor shall ensure that all Data Processor Personnel: (i) has such access only as necessary for the purposes of providing the Data Controller with the Data Processor Services and complying with Applicable Laws; (ii) is contractually bound to confidentiality requirements no less onerous than this DPA; (iii) is provided with appropriate privacy and security training; (iv) is informed of the confidential nature of the Personal Data, and required to keep it confidential; and (v) is aware of the Data Processor 's duties and obligations under this DPA.

  • Contractor Personnel Contractor's staff is expected to present a professional appearance. All personnel of the Contractor will be neat, well groomed, properly uniformed in industry standard uniforms and are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a responsible and courteous manner while performing any work under this Agreement and/or whenever they are on District property. The following code of conduct will be adhered to by the Contractor, his agent(s) and/or his employees. If Contractor fails to ensure that its employees or other agents comply with these requirements, then Contractor may be terminated for cause under this Agreement:

  • Vendor Personnel Vendor personnel must comply with all hosting facility regulations concerning conduct, electronic devices, entry and security. Failure of Vendor personnel to gain and/or qualify for access to a secure Government session or facility does not relieve Vendor of any financial obligation contained herein.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.

  • DISASTER RECOVERY AND BUSINESS CONTINUITY The Parties shall comply with the provisions of Schedule 5 (Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity).
