DEFINITION AND RECOGNITION OF A GRIEVANCE. (a) Any complaint, disagreement or difference of opinion between the parties respecting the interpretation, application, operation or alleged violation of this Collective Agreement, including any dispute with regard to discipline or discharge, shall be considered to be a grievance.
