Definition of a Working Day. Within the terms of this Agreement, a "working day" shall be defined as a day other than Saturday, Sunday, Recognized Holiday or scheduled day in lieu thereof.

Definition of a Working Day. For the purpose of Article 7, a working day is a weekday (Monday to Friday inclusive) except for holidays set out in Article 15.01. Where a time limit is specified in this agreement as a number of working days, the time shall commence on the first working day following the date of the meeting or decision.
