Definition of ESP/Educational Support Personnel. The termEducational Support Personnel,” or “ESP,” includes all non-certificated Employees including those who may have but are not required to have a professional educator license by job description or actual duties. Teacher aide categories include: Instructional ParaprofessionalLevel 1: Holds an educator license with stipulations endorsed as a paraprofessional educator and has completed 60 semester hours or more of college training. Instructional Paraprofessional – Level 2: Holds an educator license with stipulations endorsed as a paraprofessional educator and has completed an approved instructional and paraprofessional program and recognized as having achieved the status ofhighly qualified” under applicable law and holds a position requiring that the Employee be “highly qualified.”

  • In-Service Education The parties recognize the value of in-service both to the employee and the Employer and shall encourage employees to participate in in-service. All employees scheduled by the Employer to attend in-service seminars shall receive regular wages.

  • Using Student feedback in Educator Evaluation ESE will provide model contract language, direction and guidance on using student feedback in Educator Evaluation by June 30, 2013. Upon receiving this model contract language, direction and guidance, the parties agree to bargain with respect to this matter.

  • Educational Assistance Plan The state shall provide up to six credit hours of tuition-free courses per term at a state university or community college to full-time employees on a space available basis as authorized by law.

  • Service Support In accordance with an agreed upon Statement of Work and SLA, the Services may include Service Provider’s standard customer support services (the "Support Services") in accordance with the Service Provider’s service support schedule then in effect, available at xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/msa (or a successor website address) or as otherwise set out in the applicable Statement of Work or SLA (the "Support Schedule"). Service Provider may amend the Support Schedule from time to time in its sole discretion. Customer may purchase enhanced support services (“Expertise on Demand”) separately at Service Provider’s then current rates, or as otherwise agreed upon in respect of such Expertise on Demand services.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • Qualified Medical Child Support Order A child who would otherwise meet the eligibility requirements and is required to be covered by a Qualified Medical Child Support Order (QMCSO) is considered an eligible dependent.

  • Non-Medical, Personalized Services PRACTICE shall also provide Patient with the following non-medical services (“Non-Medical Services”), which are complementary to our members in the course of care:

  • Adult Education Teachers of Adult Education shall be paid at the rate of thirty-five ($35.00) an hour. Break time will not be deducted from teachers’ pay.

  • EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM The District’s Educational Assistance Program will be continued during the life of this Agreement. Employees who wish to enroll in job-related and promotion oriented courses, which will improve their job knowledge, and performance will be compensated by the District for expenses as follows:
