Definition of Job Vacancy. A job vacancy shall exist where there is work available as defined in this Agreement, and such work is within the scope of this Agreement. The filling, or not, of any such job vacancy shall be subject to the discretion of the Employer unless expressly provided otherwise by this Agreement.

Definition of Job Vacancy. The Employer shall post job vacancies of more than thirty (30) calendar days, provided employees are available with the necessary qualifications and ability to fill the vacant position. Copies of the job posting shall be sent to the Union.

Force majeure does not include (i) a failure of performance that is due to an affected party’s own negligence or intentional wrongdoing; (ii) any removable or remediable causes (other than settlement of a strike or labor dispute) which an affected party fails to remove or remedy within a reasonable time; or (iii) economic hardship of an affected party.

  • Definition of Service Fast Post‐Fault Active Power Recovery is the recovery of a Providing Unit’s MW Output to at least 90% of its pre‐Fault Disturbance MW Output within 250ms of the voltage at the Providing Unit’s Connection Point recovering to at least 90% of its pre‐Fault Disturbance value for any Fault Disturbance that is cleared within 900ms. The Providing Unit must be exporting Active Power to the Power System and must remain connected to the Power System for at least 15 minutes following the Fault Disturbance.
