Definition of Regular Rate of Pay. Regular rate of pay, regular hourly rate, regular rate, or regular straight-time hourly rate, as used in this Agreement, shall be deemed to be the rate of pay set forth in the attachments received by the employee; shift differential shall be added to such rate only to the extent applicable to the actual working time of an employee. For those working on the 12-hour shift schedule, the regular shift is defined as twelve (12) hours per day. For those working on the 10-hour shift schedule, the regular shift is defined as ten (10) hours per day.

  • Definition of Regular Straight Time Rate of Pay The regular straight time rate of pay is that prescribed in wage schedule of the Collective Agreement.

  • Regular Rate of Pay The regular rate of pay for each position in the bargaining unit shall be in accordance with the rates established for each class provided for in Appendix B. The regular rate of pay shall include any longevity increment required to be paid under this Agreement.
