Definitions 51. I. Introduction This Agreement is a statement of the terms of enrollment, payment and coverage under which the Contract Holder may secure health benefits. KFHPWA, through the Board of Trustees elected by KFHPWA Members, endeavors to provide a wide range of medical and hospital care through its staff and facilities. The provisions of the Agreement must be considered together to fully understand the benefits available under the Agreement. Words with special meaning are capitalized and are defined in Section XII. If the Member is eligible for Medicare, the Member should read Section IV. Drugs – Outpatient Prescription as it may affect their prescription drug coverage.
